Hartz Chicken Buffet — Restaurant in Texas

I’ve eaten at a lot of hartz chicken buffets in my life. But this one is a special type of disgusting. The store was clean and the food looked presentable and the employees were courteous. but the moment you started eating some items off the buffet was truly revolting . The coleslaw I wouldn’t feed the goats, it was absolutely sickening and at first I thought was spoiled, but come to find out from one of the employees. It’s a new recipe change from corporate. It tasted like like I would imagine a dead body would taste.I wouldn’t feed it to my most mortal enemy. The chicken was hot and flavorful. The green beans tasted burnt and mushy. In my opinion. We have been going here a year now and have always gotten great service and our food made fresh going through the drive thru. We went through the drive thru on Sunday and I had drank all my drink and took the lid off to chomp on my ice and saw something black in the bottom of my cup. There was a dead mosquito and some other black looking bug in the bottom of my cup. I called Hartz and told them what I found and was asked when I went through the drive thru and what I ordered. He remembered me because I'm a regular customer and all he said was he didn't understand how that could happen because they give clean cups. I’ve been coming to the Hartz Chicken @ 5037A FM 2920 Rd, Spring TX 77388 for 25 years. Today I walked in and there was water from the west door to the serving line and some under the serving line. Over by the drink area they put 2 wet floor caution signs. A lady came in after me and told the staff something to the effect that there is water all over the floor and she almost fell. I ate lunch/buffet so was there at least 30 minutes. At no time did the staff make any attempts to mop up the water.
