We have used this Lil Ceasar location every since it opened. The manager had always given excellent service and was friendly...BUT today, it was totally unprofessional on another whole level!!! We ordered for a pickup as usual. We picked it up, paid and tipped as usual. We brought our food home, and to our surprise, none of the food looked good. Unfortunately, we were given breadsticks that looked deformed and dried up, the sauce in the closed bag they gave us had spilled inside the bag, the specialty item looked burnt and dried, and the pizza crust was rather hard and dry. We decided to immediatly just take everything back and ask them if they could remake the order fresh for us while we waited. The gentleman in charge at the time, immediately became very aggressive and accusing, even though he knew we picked up that order, and returned back within 15 minutes from leaving; all the stickers and times were still attached to the boxes. The man in charge told us aggressively that he had to review the camera, and told us to call the owner manager. We called the phone number he gave us, and the manager in turn also told us we had to wait about 15 minutes to review the cameras? We then asked calmly, to just refund our money back instead for all the returned food, and they told us we still had to wait!!! We just left without our money, and no food for the kids and their friends.âš In all this, even though I had never had a problem with service or food at this location, I will not use them again. Period. Customer service comes first, and not listening or aggressively talking to a customer that is trying to be polite, in the long run, will cost you your business.    Read moreFirst off I love little Ceasars pizza so when I saw there was one open close to home I was excited. Ordered online ordered 4 pizzas 2 crazy breads and sauce, went to pick it up easy. When I got home checked all 4 boxes didn't get my stuffed crust pizza. Tried calling the store the phone line rang busy so I decided to just go back to the store and take the pizzas back thinking they would realize the mistake and fix it. I was wrong I was questioned 3 different times if I was sure I checked all my pizza boxes I clearly brought back 2 pizzas back. Then was told it would take 20 to 30 minutes to cook my pizza I was fine with it but the people there need better customer service skills. Then before I received my pizzas the staff told each other show her its the right pizzas like clearly I would think you would give me my correct order. So when I get home to enjoy my pizza it clearly looks undered cooked in the middle my pizza practically fell apart. Sadly I will never go back there and will not be enjoying my pizza since it clearly looks like they were just rushing to get me...

Didnât answer the phone with excuse that it was left on. What? Isnât it supposed to be on to answer? In the end after manager raised voice still gave us the pizza we wanted so why did he have to refuse us a pizza and raise his voice in the first place. Also if they had just answered the phone in the first place and told us they didnât have it or didnât want to serve us we wouldnât have gone. Simple. We would have gone to another place. To top it off while waiting for pizza another client got yelled at by manager as well because they didnât want to make him a custom order and I hope he left a review as well, because based on what Ive read this isnât the first time a manager has yelled at a client.
