Marco's Pizza — Restaurant in Texas

We have been going to Marco's for the past 2 years and we've never had a problem until recently. The last couple months have been such a hassle to order. They don't do delivery any more and if they do it take over an hour to get your order. Then we ordered last week the told me I had to come pick it up because I ordered was no longer available for delivery and if I wanted it delivered it would be $42. For 3 medium pizzas. We went to go pick it up while we were on the way to pick it up I received a call saying they didn'thave any more chicken so we had to pick another topping. My husband went into pay for it and get it. It took them over 20 minutes to find the order and then the guy in the back that was handling the pizza's didn't have on any gloves. We watched him touch the phone and other thing and then go back to do the pizza's without washing his hands or putting gloves back on. We asked if he could please put gloves on while handling people food they responded that it wasn't required for him to wear gloves. The customer service was horrible. And they did give us the chicken and stated they called the wrong person. Again I have been coming here for the past 2 year every week. This is unacceptable and know I really don't plan...

We continue to struggle with this place! We tend to order on those nights where Mom and Dad are worn out and done “adulting” for the day. We’ve had no less then 6 instances of delivery issues since we moved here in Feb.

Today, our salad was left behind and we had to call to get it sent over. Second time this year that has happened. This salad though, had browning lettuce.

One instance of forgetting wings, took over an hour to get them delivered once we called in. Manager did comp a pizza for us next order.

2 instances of ordering wings and having the wing sauce exploded all over the bag. Now the sauces are put in the container with the wings, but the heat melts the containers and the sauce drains out. But hey, at least it’s in with the wings!

My daughter placed an order for 2 medium pizzas. When delivered the cheese was stuck to the top of the box and some on the side. When I checked my balance I had 2 charges. I called right away and left a message for the manager/owner Eddie. Never got a call back. When I drove there his assistant manager was trying to help and got him on the phone. We didn't want to speak to me. And said I was not going to get a refund for the 2nd charge, but I could order another pizza? I showed the lady my receipt and bank transactions. A new employee took the order and their system went down...so he knew there was an issue w the double charge. Later on 1 charge was reversed. Then I found out he was watching and listening to my conversation using his security system. I've placed a call to the corporate office. He has ZERO customer service skills. Never ordering...
