Gave one star only because I had to. I’ve been a supervisor/manager for MANY years. The service and cleanliness of this location is appalling. They obviously can’t multitask and have zero phone etiquette or appropriate managerial skills. My husband placed an order. The delivery person was informed that 2 drinks were missed. Didn’t realize that the family salad had also been forgotten until he had already driven away. Made a phone call, the person who answered was rude. After I explained the situation twice she placed me on hold for close to 10 minutes. Then when she came back asked me what the issue was again. She continued to interrupt me, asked what the problem was again, then I was asked what I wanted her to do about it. I said I wanted to speak to the manager and she said I would have to wait 10 min. That’s the wrong answer. Because he was helping someone else. As a manager he could have excused himself and asked her to take over what he was doing and he could have answered the phone. Instead I had to drive to the location. The manager also has a tendency to interrupt and lied when he said she had told me that she tried to tell me that they had already sent the rest of our order out. Not once did she mention anything about sending the rest out. The managers excuse was they were in the middle of a rush. That is no excuse. I understand we all have an off day now and then but it seems this particular location has ALOT of them. The cleanliness of the kitchen was horrible. The manager himself has long unkempt facial hair and no hair net. Female has long hair with no hair net also messy. Other employees had facial hair with and long hair with no hair nets. The lobby was a mess as well. Which is unbelievable being there was only one other person in the restaurant and they were waiting to pick up an order and I saw only two other employees doing any work of the 3 or 4 others I saw standing around. Horrible experience and will no longer be ordering from them. Manager said he would refund our money. He lied about that as well. Still no refund. This is a horrendous Marcos. I had placed an online order and was told it was few more minutes till the two pizzas were done. Meanwhile I buy two drinks. It is customary for a cashier, as I have worked as one before, to hand the card back to the customer’s fingers as I did when I gave him my credit card.
When he passes it through, after he turns the card over front facing assumingely to read my name then place the card on the counter and doesn’t bother to slide it to me. I say thank you for the service and no greeting or a word back. As all of this is happening my pizzas were getting done and I go wait, its only few three minutes before we get them. Only to realize home that while we were waiting to get our order after having terrible customer service, that the small pizza was barely even cut?? It was chopped two or three times giving us like three big slices and tiny ones, only realizing this of course till we got to our next destination. They did this while we waited for our pizzas? They knew what they were doing. Shame on them.
This was intentional and every POC customer has experienced something like this. I know what this experience was.

Needed salt.fresh ground pepper and a bit more lettuce and maybe a tad of onion or bell pepper..there wss plenty of good juicy chicken and mayo..but a tad grey poupon mustard would have been great. The tomato helped.. Your pizza is elegant. One of your employees walked to the table next to mine and because he was there in front of my face, i acknowledged him and he responded with a glare..then a smirk...a dirty look that was so unpleasant that i wanted to ask him why. He wss the only one who behaved that way..i found it extraordinarily rude. Do you allow your help to face down cusomers in. this most unpleasant fashion? Or, sadly, has this behavior become the norm for treating elders when they sit politely enjoying their late lunches in a nearly empty place of business. I think you need to insist that your help, at least, common courtesy with your customers..off on break or not. My day had been tough. He did all he could to make me feel worse..i don't think i deserved that from him or anyone. Shame on him. I'm 67 and have difficulty getting around. I'm not mean..I'm friendly and acknowledge folks i see in public..it's how i was brought up.. My grandmother would have whooped my behind if i treated the public in that manner..deal with it, Managers....
