McDonald's — Restaurant in Texas

My family stopped in this Loves Travel Center, with this McDonald's location. We are traveling a long, long ways. We decide to get biscuits from McD's. We have to order on a screen, no person to person ordering available. Everyone ordered a sausage and egg, except me. I ordered bacon & egg. We received all sausage. I go in with my biscuit that has sausage, a d receipt that shows the bacon biscuit. They question me in almost 100% Español. Tell me i received what i ordered. I show them BACON biscuit on receipt, gave them back the sausage one. The manager comes over and shows me a sausage biscuit on receipt. I say for the 4th time that I just want the BACON biscuit that we ordered through their computer system. How do online ordered gets messed up?? They tell me to get our whole order!!! I explain that everyone else in my family has what they ordered, and they are eating now. They repeat that I need to go get whole bag. So I do, show them the bag which also has the order taped to bag. They still say no to me. They have already kept the sausage & egg biscuit that I received by mistake. So, I have nothing. I tell them, a little louder, that i only want what I ordered. 1 bacon & egg biscuit, no cheese. They hesitate, converse amongst themselves - like I am trying to scam them! A young man putting the food together makes my biscuit right then, the woman brings me the biscuit, hands it to me, and says NOTHING. No apology for making me walk to & from our vehicle 3x. No apology for the mixup. It seemed that the main employees that i saw spoke little to no English. Ridiculously bad customer service!!!! And, if you are working with the public in the USA, you should be able to speak a decent amount of English. The saving grace was that all the food we received was good. The service I received was possibly the worst I have ever seen at all fast food restaurants, which is a major negative statement against this...

This McDonalds needs to be shut down. Woman who was cleaning the lobby on Friday, March 23, 2018 was wiping down food trays with a rag that I watched her drop on the floor. She was placing her bare hands into the garbage and then with said same rag from the floor, proceeded to wipe down tables and trays. Now mind you, I sat and watched this. I took pictures. Also, the slips for these same very trays, I watched this woman place them on trays from a pile sitting on top of a trash can. She had been also placing food and utensils that she was eating from on said slips. Same ones going on trays. This woman never washed her hands. When asked for a number to get a hold of a main manager/owner, I was given false information by a person I believe was posing as a manager. I am giving this stores owner one week to leave me a response with a way to contact them by phone, or I am going to the health department and I.C.E. with regards to the employment. Who knows, maybe I contact the mystery shopper network to have a surprise shopper come fail this store. Might even get this nasty Love's store location as well. ...

I came back and its worse. I feel for people who don't speak Spanish 100% Spanish-speaking employees you ask for someone who speaks English all they know how to say yes no yes no once again forget your order don't try to customize it and ask for to take off onions or ketchup or so then you call him on their mistakes and they look at you like if something's wrong with you snobby I swear I was talking to a billionaire coming from a Hispanic background I love my Mexican culture but I know better than to try to work somewhere without learning the culture's language and then when fault happens due to my incompetence learn to take it and not be embarrassed and act rude come on Trump McDonald's in Pecos Texas Highway 285 send immigration people who don't deserve a chance work there don't believe me go by and order something the worst incompetent people missing most of order after driving 20 me and having to return. Wasn't given an apology everyone was pretending they didn't speak English so when I spoke to them in Spanish .worst place in Pecos .cheep labor...
