Theyāre supremely rude here.
I ordered two happy meals, one with the juice and one with the water. I also ordered one of them with an under three toy, I did not receive the under three toy. They charged me for two juices instead of one before I got my order, the lady tried to hand me two juices and being honest, I told her that oh I only had one juice and one with the water so she took the Juicebox very rudely back and handed me a cup of water when itās a bottle of Water. So I sat there and waited for maybe 5 to 10 minutes for my order to be ready which she did not tell me that they were making or that it was an issue because there were no fries. OK thatās fine, I get ir, I know they get busy I understand. I also work in customer service but I also believe in being nice to the customer so I read my receipt and saw that they charged me for two juices. She was standing with her back to me so I couldnāt ask her for the other juice because if youāre going to charge me for two juices, even though I ask for a water, I would like the second juice so finally, she hands me my food and I said excuse me, maāam it says here that you charge me for two juices can I please have the other juice so she handed it to me quite rudely and said OK whatever. Ā Ā Ā Read moreMe and my coworker decided to give McDonaldās the benefit of the doubt today and boy was i in for a surprise, when i arrived i parked in the curbside parking to pick up me and my colleagues orders and when the employee gave me my order and i asked for the other meal which was just a coffee for a dollar, she immediately told me i couldnāt do that, then i read the small text right beside the order number to her that said that i could go inside the store with my order number to pick up the order that had already been paid, so i kindly proceeded inside the location and ask to speak to the manager and the employee politely goes to her manager which happened to be the lady that brought my order, the manger spoke to the lady in Spanish looked back at me rolled her eyes and snapped her neck then came over to the register with an attitude and argued with me about the text that clearly stated i could pick up, as i was speaking to her she walked away from unprofessionally saying that if the phone is not there she doesn't get the money and that i wouldnāt get my coffee. Bottom line, i felt like i was being treated very rudely and felt very uncomfortable with how the manager handled the situation i will never come back to this...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreI've lived near this franchise for many years and I have to say the split ordering line at the drive through isn't helping them to manage orders. A car in front of me (in the left ordering lane) had a difficult order and I think yelled a bit at the employee taking orders. I then pulled up to the speaker intending to order my two hot and spicy McChicken sandwiches, and proceeded to wait for 15-20 minutes in silence by the drive through speaker, while the cashier exclusively took orders for cars in the other (right) lane. I totally get that the guy in front of me was probably a jerk, but it seems a little unfair to us innocent bystanders to then just shut down the whole lane behind him. Anyway, the silver lining in this whole situation is that it gave me sufficient time to reconsider my life choices and leave to go eat healthier food at home. So at the end of the day, I suppose I'm grateful for the awful customer...
