McDonald's — Restaurant in Texas

I wish I could give a negative star , but Here's an edited version of your complaint:

The cashier, Callie, gave me watered-down orange juice after making me wait over 10 minutes. She said they ran out of orange juice and had to restock it, but didn't inform me it needed to mix properly. It tasted disgusting. Before giving me the nasty orange juice, she told me to leave and come back when it was ready. Who wants to leave and come back after waiting for a while for orange juice? I ended up coming back to get a refund for the inconvenience and wanted to be compensated with a fresh orange juice and a refund. Callie denied my request, saying it was either one or the other, as if it wasn't her fault for not disclosing that the orange juice wasn't ready to be served. Initially, I would have gotten a refund for the orange juice, but their self-check kiosk was out of paper. I asked for the manager, who turned to Callie for an answer, so I'm not sure who was in charge today. Please review the cameras. I'm not sure if Callie is her real name, but she was a light-skinned girl, about 5'6" tall, with glasses and a hoodie. Her face was kind of broken out. Please review the cameras. I would have done the survey, but their ink looked like it was fading, so I'm sure they feel like that worked in their favor. And the orange juice I took two sips out...

I have been to this McDonald's location several times, and unfortunately, my experiences have been consistently underwhelming. The food is often cold and has clearly been sitting out for a while, which is not what I expect from a fast food restaurant.

Additionally, it seems like they frequently close their doors without warning, which makes it difficult to plan a visit. It's frustrating to make the effort to come here only to find out that they're closed for the day.

Another issue I've encountered at this location is their ice cream machine. It never seems to be working, and they are always out of ice cream. It's a classic menu item that I would expect a McDonald's location to have available, yet it seems like it's always out of order.

Finally, the wait times are often extremely long. Even for small orders, it can take what feels like an eternity to receive the food. It's frustrating to spend so much time waiting for fast food, especially when the end result is cold and unappetizing.

Overall, I cannot recommend this location of McDonald's. The food is often cold and unappetizing, they frequently close without warning, and they never seem to have ice cream available. Additionally, the wait times are too long for what should be a quick and convenient dining experience. I would recommend looking elsewhere for fast food options...

No greetings from staff. I ordered from the kisok for faster service. A guy that had enter first was waiting in line to order and since he didn’t speak English he couldn’t read the sign. A Mexican woman worker comes yelling out in Spanish to order at the kisok and only taking card payment. She “didn’t have cash” to do any cash transactions, but I mean can’t they just do card transaction. Anyways you would think not everybody is tech smart especially the elderly. Another older couple came inside trying to order and was giving the same instructions. They are struggling at the kisok to order and they ask for help the same Mexican lady comes out irritated saying it’s not that hard to order to them. Very rude to the extreme. The couple left instead of putting up with her attitude. After they left, she was making rude comments to her coworkers about them leaving and how it’s not that hard to order that the customer was just being complicated. If you are short handed I understand, but it’s not the customers fault. Idk if she was the manager, but needs better customer...
