If rating this location 0 stars was possible I would definitely consider. I’ve been to this location before but I usually pass it up because it’s a line most of the time at night (12-3am) . I decided to go today because it was no line. Once I pulled up to the drive through to order my food I said hello about 10 times and I eventually just pulled up to see if they were open because no one was responding. Once I noticed that people were in the building I went back to the menu. I gave my order and I ordered 2 strawberry cream pies first specifically, once I got to the window to pay they quickly tried to take my money but I told them something’s off because of the price. He repeated my order without the pies and I told him the other guy must’ve forgot and he respond “ oh nah we just ran out” so I sat confused like as the customer that placed a clear order shouldn’t I be notified that y’all are out of something I ordered before taking my money and partially completing the order? After hearing that and being the only person in line I figured this could speed my my order, I was totally wrong. I sat at the window for over 10 minutes for a basket of fries and two cheese burgers but that’s not the killing part. I sat at the window and was looking at my bag get dug in by +3 people with no gloves for 5 minutes straight after it’s been sitting at the window. DEBROAH/DEBRA (manager on duty?) opened the window and asked me what was my order and no one was in front of me but by this time maybe 2 other cars pulled up so with it being 3 cars in the line and it’s no dine in I was very confused. After she asked me to repeat my order she walks back and forth looking at the screen and then finally grabs the bag that’s been sitting there at the window getting dug in by multiple people with no gloves and and tries to hand it to me, I told her the that I seen like 3 people digging in the bag and that bag has been there 5-10 minutes before she tried to give it to me. She then walks and try to go to the side and I pulled up a little more all she did was switch it to a new bag. She told the guy who took my payment to give me the bag and walked off and I said to him because he was standing next to her while she was doing it, “did she just switch the bags?” and he said he didn’t see her at first until I said I literally just watched him watch her and then he said he didn’t know what she was doing. I get the bag after paying, waiting that long while no one was in the line and watching people dig in my bag full of fries with no cover while not wearing gloves for the food to be cold. Read moreI came through the drive thru about midnight cause my 13 year old wanted a midnight snack and the burgers had hair in them( at east I thought it was a hair) it looked like a bug with hair in all the burgers I bought, plus the fries were cold as hell, I was charged for something I didn't order, and fought to get my change back from my $20 bill, im really disgusted with this nasty place that they call McDonald's.Even though I live across the street from them, I will never go back. They have No kinda costumer service. This is not the first time this has happened, I've had problems with them for a while and I'm fed up with the rude employee's and manager. Now I finally learned that this place and it's employee's r very nasty and don't care about the customer nor do they care about preparing the food. Im very disappointed and will be talking to their district manager and the main headquarters of mcdonalds. I pay good money for my food and this is disappointing. Anyone going to this one on 1464? Here is what happen: I came to dine in with my 2 girls and placed order : a bigmac meal and 20 pcs chicken nuggets which I normally ordered for $5. I paid $10.27 to 1 of the counter girl who is very helpful. I did not look at the receipts of what is on it because I try to keep my eyes on my girls. I did not aware until I put the tray at the table (which in the kid's game room) and I realize there are only 4 pcs of chicken nuggets instead of 20. At this time I looked at my receipt which showed only 4 pcs. I immediately back to the counter talk to the same girl saying it's a mistake, I like 20pcs instead of 4pcs, I will to pay the differences. The counter girl asked the Manager for permission to the cash register. Manager , Roquethia Staggers came and told me : it's late, cannot do it because her policies. I have to buy another 20pcs. Asked why? she said she cannot give refund when you make a bike on the chicken already ????????? It's ridiculous- like ripped off.
