Pa' Maracaibo (Food Truck) — Restaurant in Texas

This is the best Venezuelan food truck in the area. I keep ordering the pernil arepa every time I visit because it is so tasty and satisfying. The cornmeal patty is crispy on the outside and perfectly soft on the inside. The roast pork is perfectly seasoned, sweet (in a savory way) and tender. The condiments complement the pork perfectly.

The sweet plantain are perfectly ripe and cooked so they melt in your mouth with a bit of crispiness on the outside. They are wonderfully complemented by the slightly salty cheese.

The owner is always polite...

I had no idea what I was ordering but I got the absolute best thing in the entire world. Honestly I still don't know what the heck it was but it was a crazy plantain sandwich and it's the best thing I've ever had!!!! Kudos kudos kudos a thousand...
