Sonic Drive-In — Restaurant in Texas

This sonic location used to be the best one around town. I can honestly say that this has changed now. Stopped around 11am to grab a quick bite to eat on the road. Ordered a crispy chicken sandwich with no tomatoes! Fries, tea, and a side of ranch.

After waiting for about 10 minutes, our food comes out- no ranch, no fries, and tomatoes on the sandwich. We explain the mess up with our car hop and she says she will be back. She comes back with French fries and I decided I was gonna pick the tomatoes off. She also stated that she put ranch in the bag. Upon leaving, still no ranch in the bag. My husband turns around and walks up to the eating area to ask for ranch. Another woman states she won’t give it to him because they need to charge for it. After he explains everything that has went on and how we have tried 2x now to make this right and nothing is happening. We would just like our ranch and to go now that we have spent 25+ minutes here. let me start by staying this is not a corporate store, therefore they do whatever they want and get away with it. manager Libby is the WORSE manager I have EVER come across. I left my card there and instead of just giving it back she made me go through hoops , calling corporate stores. the cooperate store told her I was on my way to get it and she called me saying regardless of what corporate said she was not giving me back the card. of course the police could not help so she held my card hostage, hid it from other managers and would not help me out at all! I don't know if they're understaffed, badly staffed, badly managed, unsure what the problem is but when I stop there now I'm going to check my meal before I leave every time from now on because it's always wrong. The girl at the speaker interrupts when you're trying to order, and this time it was repeated back to me wrong, so I corrected her and she didnt repeat the food back to me, so I asked the carhop who also didnt read off the entire order description to please read me the whole thing, it was correct on the receipt she read but when I got home it was wrong.
