Order on their website and the food was never delivered. The driver just kept saying he didn't speak English over and over. The store and manager were rude and refused any help. I never received the food or a refund and it is going on 14 days waiting for one. I will now have to dispute with my bank and wait for my $38.24 refund. What a hassle. Never order from Pizza Patron. They don't care at all about their customers. Managers don't even attempt to provide customer service at all. They are aware that the order was not delivered and have refused to do their job and issue a refund. I originally gave them the benefit of the doubt and waited 3 and half hours for them while they said the manager would call me back so they could send me my order I paid for that I was still patiently waiting on. After 3 and 1/2 hours I gave up on waiting for the food and asked for a refund. Now it's been 14 days with no refund, no follow up, no apology, nothing to even attempt to do right. It's shameful. I don't recommend them unless you want to pay them for nothing and then wait for 3 1/2 hours for n Food to still not come, then 2 weeks for them still to not issue a refund, and then however long this bank dispute takes to actually get a refund from your bank having to charge it back! Hopefully they go bankrupt before they ripoff too many...

At one time I would have given them a 5 but here lately they mess up our order all the time. Just in the last month we ordered twice. We asked for chicken spinach and they didn't add chicken. Second time we had 1 pepperoni 1 hawaina and a spinach, wings, quesostix and a drink. They call us to inform they are out of spinach so we ask for choriqueso and they said they where out of chorizo so we asked for plain cheese . We pick up order get home and we get 2 hawaianas 1 cheese burnt quesostix and no drink. We love their pizza but their service is just not cutting it. We called to let them know and they don't answer. Excellent Pizza!!! And for the price of $6.50 per large pizza, it's an awesome deal! I CANNOT stand Little Caesars pizza, their sauce is HORRIBLE!! So, I have to admit, I was very skeptical when I first ordered this pizza about 5 months ago, mainly because I was hung up on the cost and 'ASSumed' that since it was a low price just like Little Caesars, it probably has inferior ingredients as well. BOY WAS I (HAPPILY) WRONG! Pizza Patron makes awesome pizza, and the cheese they use sets them apart from most other pizza places out there. You have to try them!
