The service at this location is good, compared to other fast food restaurants. But that's where it stops. The food has gone waayyyy down in the past months. The chicken strips have gotten smaller and aren't as juicy as they were before. This very last trip to this restaurant is it. I can take the strips being smaller. However, these strips were unbearable dry. The fries were crispy, dry, and tasted a day old. Ohh, and the cole slaw tasted a tad sour and rubbery. This is not the Raising Cane's I remember going to when they opened. Regardless, I am not going back.

I come today ask for 4 sandwich combos and one dont get my order right make make wait 20 min and the young lady that gave my order had mad attitude and to top that this was the " sandwich combos" I asked the manager if they changed the buns? And he said we are out of buns and nobody cared to tell me they had no buns and put some texas toast. Just go some place else or wendys next door.

Just got back from Dallas and passed thru for something to tie me over until dinner. Service via drive thru. I ordered and saw they had gift cards. I was interested in purchasing for my employees but no one could tell me the increments or how they were sold. Not a good look when you don’t have an answer. I thought it was a simple question -

Ordered the 6 pc caniac but i swear some of them were the same size as a mcdonalds chicken nugget. The chicken was ok although it needed more seasoning. For some reason they dont sell any sort of sweets so no ice cream, cookies, or milkshakes. Fries were mediocre at best and very dry. Although i must admit, the restaurant was very clean and well taken care of. After finishing the 6 pc meal with a friend, I went and ordered a single chicken piece (1.08$). They took twice as long to serve this single chicken piece (About 10 minutes) and it was burning hot. Piece was not very large either, probably the size of a small fist. My friend told me that canes was renowned for its large and delicious chicken tenders but all we got was small and overheated food. Not to mention how EXPENSIVE it is! The 6 pc. tenders came with only the chicken, fries, and drink and it was 16$!

I would mich rather eat at chik-fil-a or burger king where my money is better spent on food that you can actually savor. Never...

I had a very disappointing experience at this location. In my order I had Caniac Combo and didn’t realize until I got home that the meal was missing. I drove back immediately, only to find the store had just closed — it was 12:02 AM, and they close at 12:00. All the employees, including the manager, were still inside, but I was told the fryer was already shut off and they couldn’t make my food.

I asked for a full refund since I never received what I paid for, but the manager said she could only offer a partial refund, which is unacceptable. I didn’t get the food — how is a partial refund fair?

This is clearly a management issue. Closing early, failing to provide a full refund, and then acting irritated with me for their mistake is incredibly unprofessional.I want a full refund and I strongly recommend that upper management review how this location is being run. Whoever Ashley is needs to be...

My first experience with Raising Cane's was at this location and though it was a good one overall, I do have to say this restaurant doesn't live up to the hype I'd heard beforehand.

The customer service was very good upon ordering in the lobby and though the friendliness seemed a bit forced, it was still a welcome change to some fast food places where you aren't even greeted.

My order was to go & was filled properly but the overall taste was just "okay". Chicken wasn't seasoned in any way that made it stand out from basic breaded chicken fingers and was a bit too greasy / borderline cooked completely.

Luckily, I didn't get sick from it and would give it another chance if that was where someone I knew wanted to eat but I surely don't have a desire to...
