I can say I have never had a bad experience with coming to eat here, but the past two times there has been a new lady at the front. The first time I came she couldn't process my payment so she asked me to zelle her the money, I did it twice and had issues on her end, so she had a customer next to us give her the payment in cash and I had to Zelle to him. But not only that it took so long for us to get our food and drinks. The second time which happened today was worse. My son is diabetic and we waited over 50 minutes while she served other customers and got our drinks late. Finally it got to the point we had to cancel our order and leave and I had explained that to the lady and had told her we were upset that it was taking so long due to the reason of my son's condition and she said well you all looked mad before you came in which was totally untrue just to divert the problem at hand. That was it for me. Horrible of her to wrongly judge us right as we walk in just to divert the real issue. And we have been repeat customers for year up to now. I went to this place all through middle school and even highschool and the food was amazing customer service was excellent I swear I could eat there everyday and never get tired or bored of thier amazing food but recently the previous owners seemed to have gone out of business because of years of going there their food was always consistent and spot on but the last few times I went there were people I’ve never seen before and the food wasn’t even close to how good it was and it really does make me sad to know that this place that I grew up with is no longer there. Let me tell you why I give this place 1 star. I call this place I order 8 pupusas around 645 the man tells me it will be 30 min. Okay I wait go do some shopping get there. He tells me he did have an order for me. He had the same voice and every thing. So I order again he said the wait will be 15 min.I wait out side. Watched a couple of YouTube videos. 15 min later go inside. Say my order is still not ready. There was a big order that so on and so forth. The service is horrible here. I don’t recommend this place at all. Especially if some one gets treated like this. You don’t waste people...
