I visited this store for the first time today with my four kids, to check it out. Upon entering, none of the staff acknowledged us or even made eye contact, despite there being no other customers in the store at the time. They were solely focused on stocking shelves and organizing, showing no initiative to assist.

We browsed for about ten minutes without a single offer of help. Eventually, my youngest found a toy he liked, so we headed to the checkout counter. Still, no one approached us. After ringing the bell at the counter, a staff member—who was nearby and occupied with her phone while arranging shelves—took another minute to respond. When she finally came over, she muttered a brief “hi” without making eye contact.

After completing the payment, I was left to pick up the toy myself. When I asked if there was a bag, she responded, “Do you need one?” I said yes, at which point she casually pulled one from a drawer and handed it to me.

The staff at this location clearly lack basic customer service skills and professionalism. I’ve attached a picture of my receipt, including the cashier ID and time of checkout, should the owner find it helpful.

Unfortunately, due to this disappointing experience, I won’t be returning. With so many other options available, I’d rather shop...

Nice store with reasonably priced goods below $10. This will be more of a comparison with their competitor on Kirkwood.

This place tends to focus on a more frivolous trends. I will try to explain it, but there is more emphasis on electronics, beauty supplies, fitness and similar topics. The photos would clarify this idea.

One wall is full of stuffed plushie animals. I think it is their trademark. Plush animals range from roughly 8 to 10 dollars. The cloth is kind of thin on them and not too rigidly filled. They are geared toward the impulsive buyer.

They do a lot of collaborations with Disney and other notable properties so that is a plus for name brand recognition.

Store is clean and same bright lighting and nice flooring. Floor area is kind of small compared to their competition, I would say about 1/3 of their square footage.

They do have perfume, which is shocking for me and its made in Spain. So you do get some quality here if you look for it.

Store is in a shady area of Alief, but the storefront is recessed into the property so you have so protection from passers by.
