This place is fantastic. They always try to do something a little different that other Tea and Snack shops.
Let's start with the Teas. They are all natural made with fresh ingredients including real fruit. Not a lot of syrup flavors. All natural flavors.
The food such as the Calamari, Squid balls, Egg rolls, Fries, Chicken Karrage and more all very good and tasty. But they also sell a Chicken sandwich combo, and other combos...
The sandwich is sooo good I ate two during my last visit. Imaging a big chicken Karrage Sandwich... So good.
I love Coffee flavored teas, hold the boba, but add a scoop of vanilla ice cream. It's a texture modifier. They do not offer that on the menu, but "Mr. C", the manager, accommodated my request last visit, and it was perfect. I hope they add it as an "add on" on their menu.
Try the cheesy foam as opposed to a custard ...
They also have some proprietary made sodas, such as a lychee soda which is very refreshing. It's sealed in a clear can (with an opening like a soda can). Very refreshing.
Oh yeah, the tea cups are plastic, with plastic closable lids, and they have these great insulated bags they give you. They come in single cup size, and large sizes. They will make a great lunch bag for the kids.
OMG, the prices seem better than most places with better offerings and benefits.
They have a loyalty club as well.
Very good place.
I am not affiliated in any way, I'm just a regular customer who likes...

I wanted to ordered a winter melon green tea but It’s not on the menu. Their employee offered to make it and said it was no big deal. He made it exactly how I liked it.
The second time instead of giving me a green tea, they gave me a oolong milk tea. When I explained to them that wasn’t what I ordered. This girl walked over and said they can’t make that and tried to get me to drink the milk tea. I explained to her that I ordered a winter melon green tea there before she asked me who made it? I told her it was a guy. She finally made me what I ordered.
I then decided to go back and try something that was on their menu I asked if I ordered a drink and wanted it made with coconut milk was that possible. I was pretty told you can only get them how they come. I ended up ordered a coconut latte, not great had 2 sips and was done with it.
Their menu and site doesn’t have descriptions and it makes it hard to know exactly what you’re getting or what is in it.
I had both a great customer service and bad. I gave it a fair shot and won’t go back.
I’ll just take the drive to kung fu tea...
Read moreUpdate: we’ve been here about five times since my last review, still great vibes, clean, great service, helpful with suggestions for what’s great to try, honestly they do a great job of checking ingredients lists for me (we can’t have dairy or artificial colors). We got the regular fries, 2 lychee honey green teas half sweet with boba, a strawberry banana smoothie, and Jasmine green tea 25% sweet, and two orders of calamari. Sweetness was to our liking. I’ve gotten tons of calamari from other boba places, but this had its own unique flare with bonito fish flakes. It was cute seeing them move around from the steam of the calamari! Great atmosphere, lots of seating, great game selection, even have a huge selection of playdoh if you have toddlers with you. Super nice staff. Great prices.
Three in my party do have dairy allergies And everything in smoothies and milk teas are premade with dairy according to our server and they didn’t have alternatives, so we were limited to the flower teas. Their fresh fruits smoothies aren’t fresh cut fruit either which I prefer. There’s are the standard powders and also jams.
My kids want to come back...
