Went in around half a year ago to upgrade a line on my plan. Phone upgrade went smoothly, except for when the representative asked if I wanted "free" accessories which came with the phone as a courtesy. When I asked if I would be charged in any way for these he replied no many times.
When it came time to pay he asked for my card and did not let me see the bill until it was paid for, at which time I noticed that I in fact was not getting it for free but put it on my account as financing so I would be making small payments toward it in hopes I wouldn't notice. When I brought this up to him he denied ever saying the accessories were free and I must have misunderstood him and there was nothing he could do since I already paid.
When I asked for his manager he refused to let his manager know of the situation. When I asked another employee for the manager they ignored me and walked away. Had to call customer service to sort out the mess. In the end I ended up getting a credit on my bill for all the accessories this representative added to my plan.
If you visit this location for an upgrade please be wary of "free" accessory offers and take a close look at your bill or be prepared to be lied to so a service representative can meet...

Went for upgrade and took sufficient documents to show my name change (current TDL, Passport with current and. previous name, Mastercard in previous name) but they refused to help. I called customer service while at the store to relay issue regarding refusal of assistance and to request name change. Representative said I only needed to show current TDL in store, gave phone to the manger, Jose, who said my passport with both last names was not real and could be a forgery by me, when I said he was ridiculous for suggesting that, he said I could go elsewhere, he refused to assist me knowing very well I had sufficient documents, but didn't like the fact I was right and he was looking ignorant in front of other customers. This store manger, Jose was very immature. Aside from being rude for insinuating I manipulated my passport, he's a poor example of what management should exemplify. Hopefully he's not in management much longer, or maybe he needs additional training in customer service. If this is what they chose for management, this store may need an...

Have a Zflip 4 phone, the screen where it folds started off looking like ink was leaking in it within 20 mins the screen went black . Called T-Mobile customer service they said because the phone is under warranty they gonna ship one out to the store for me to go pick it up . Waited a whole week then went out by the store to get my new phone . Manager gonna tell me phone was physical damage š„ŗ . I was like sir this phone did not fall r anything like that. I explained to him what happen and he keeps saying it's physical damage without any evidence of scratches r cracks .
