I was initially very excited about this place after getting my nails done, as mentioned in my previous post. However, I want to share my updated review. If you don’t have an appointment with a technician who has done your nails before, I cannot recommend going back to this salon.

I’ve visited multiple times and was always pleased until my most recent visit, which was a complete disaster. I walked out feeling upset because my nails looked terrible. On the bright side, it only cost $55, so I don't feel too bad about having to go elsewhere to get them fixed.

I won't say you shouldn't give this place a chance, but I strongly advise that if you find someone there who does a great job on your nails, be sure to book an appointment with them. Going to someone else might leave you disappointed.

If I could give them a negative zero I would. I have been coming to this nail shop for over 10 years, when the old management was there. Dawn her husband and their crew were always so loving, fair prices and always a 10/10 service. A few months back they made renovations to the place and changed the whole management. Now the new techs and the new owner and her daughter are miserable! They are all so rude and conceited. Prices have gone up, and they don't even take their time anymore. Not even to ask if we want a drink! I would go here to do my pedicure, and relax, but they don't even do a good massage anymore. They just want to take your money and get you out of there quick. I'm so disappointed! I will look for a new nail place now! I will not be spending my money here. Ungrateful people... Ps. And for your response, just proves my point. The inside of this shop is so clean, so modern and so elegant, I liked the music that was being played as well was hip hop but still a very relaxing mood, Ivy did my all acrylic toes/ pedicure and she was very informative and educational! She listened to exactly what I asked for, made sure I was satisfied with length, shape, and even asked how exactly I’d like my frenchtip! I drove more than an hour away to this ship from their instagram and Ivy did NOT disappoint! I will definitely be making the drive and returning again! This will be my new shop for pedicures! All staff were so nice and I was there after closing and they did not rush my set at all! Lots of professionalism and kindness here!
