Ordered 2 dozen at Drive thru..one I asked for 1/2 glazed, 1/2 chocolate glazed-got 1/2 choc frosted, bummer but not huge. 2nd dozen I asked for random mix of cake-got 4 plain..would've expected more of a variety mix considering all your options..but well I guess that was your random that day. **I have to say this is only Shipleys I've not been satisfied with, and only location I'll probably never go back to even though it's most convenient on way in to work. Lastly, the guy working the drive thru had a vibe that screamed I hate being here and you are bothering me..told him thanks and have nice weekend and his reply was "yea". Read moreWent there this morning. Was kind of in a hurry and didn’t notice there was a speaker. The person at the window rudely told me next time to order at at the speaker. I apologized. There was some sort of miscommunication and when I noticed I only got a half dozen instead of a whole dozen, I told the polite lady that gave me my donuts and she told the woman taking the orders at the window. Well geez that rude woman shot back “I asked you!” There was no need to be so rude. I understood i didn’t notice the speaker but I apologized. Read moreService & donuts were great, but the bacon & egg and sausage & egg kolaches are a joke!! 😡🤯 Both were literally a giant fresh baked muffin with nothing in it...90% bread & 10% filling...the worst I've seen in 50+ years!! What egg there was looked weird, like powdered. Give it to the dog. What a disappointment! We've been to many Shipley's over the years, but have never seen anything like this.
