Salsa's Cafe — Restaurant in Texas

This place is spot on for service and quality.

So far I've only gotten breakfast tacos here, which is convenient as it's near the house and an easy way to avoid making breakfast on the weekends.

Still working my way through the menu, but nothing has disappointed me yet. Simple ingredients with excellent execution, each bite is packed with fresh, wholesome flavors. I'm really enjoying chicharrones as a taco ingredient, I never thought it would work but it's my favorite here (and that says something coming from a white boy transplant to Texas like myself).

Bonus: it's very affordable, great value on their menu!! I have recommended this place to a number of people, check it out! You won't be disappointed!

Update: my wallet fell out of my pocket here when I ordered to go. Called them after I realized I didn't have it on me, they held onto it and had it behind the counter. Very trustworthy folks at this restaurant, love telling folks about the excellent service, affordable prices and even more...

Went early afternoon 1030a on a saturday. Most of the tables probably 9 or 10 were taken with one waitress and another guy helping with serving food and working the register. The breakfast plate was okay, pancakes were good but the bowl of menudo was very bland. They give you the limes onions and cilantro with also two little plastic cups of what i believe was comino or another mexican spice and what i think is chili flakes or something similar. adding all the extras really didnt help the taste of the menudo sadly. Waitress handled all the tables...

The breakfast was delicious & pippin' hot🔥! The coffee was ok 😂 (I like my coffee like I like my men strong 💪🏽) but it was still a good cup of coffee ☕! The best part was the service., the gentleman in the front was super sweet, attentive and fast! I don't often get service like this up north in NYC so it's a breath of fresh air whenever I go to a spot & the food it's excellent & so it's the customer service! I would definitely come back to this spot if I was a San...
