The service my friends and I received from one of the male bartenders was absolutely unacceptable. From the start, it was clear that he had no interest in providing us with a pleasant experience. It took an unusually long time for him to even acknowledge us and take our order, and when he finally did, his attitude came across as dismissive and uninterested. I didn’t get his name, but he was a kind of taller man with dark facial hair. The glasses seemed to be dirty and multiple drinks had things floating around in them.

Unfortunately, the situation only got worse. After receiving our drinks, we noticed a strand of hair in one of them. When we politely brought this to his attention, instead of handling the situation professionally, he responded with clear irritation and snatched the drink from us without so much as an apology. When he returned with a replacement, we understandably checked the drink to ensure it was clean. Shockingly, he then yelled across the bar to our table, saying, “Just don’t drink it,” in an extremely unprofessional and disrespectful manner. We ended up not touching any of our drinks and leaving.

His behavior was completely out of line and made us feel disrespected and unwelcome. If he was unwilling to do his job properly or provide basic customer service, he should have allowed someone else to assist us. No customer deserves to be treated that way, and I genuinely hope no one else has to experience such rude and unprofessional service at this establishment. Service was less than stellar. We had a party of 8 on St. Patrick's Day. Our waitress upset a couple of folks in our group with her attitude/demeanor. Very snarky and always in a hurry to be gone rather than listening to people's order or question.

Food was mostly good. They had a limited menu but we ordered multiple of everything on the menu. Most of it arrived in a fairly timely manner and was definitely freshly made. We had an issue where the chicken tenders and a basket of fries showed up a little bit over an hour after the rest of the food, despite our asking about it multiple times. The chips, queso and salsa were quite good. The french fries were excellent. Southwestern egg rolls were good. Fried pickles were good. Chicken fingers weren't great. Mozzarella sticks were pretty good. There were several buckets of beer. They all arrived fairly promptly (with the exception of the chicken tenders and one order of fries as mentioned above).

The primary issue was just that our server was not someone that you could classify as friendly or polite. There was a whole lot more attitude and snarkiness than I think most of our party was looking for. Would have been much happier with just...

As a black person Do Not waste your money going here in 2025 or ever. Idk how they treat other races unless you are white. I mean every word. I have been here a few times because it's convenient and clean...I order my drinks and mind my business. But u can see the total blatant favoritism for Not lack of a better word. I have seen them pound shots after shots to their people and my family and I walk in last night and the short woman at the bar decides out of her little racist ego not to serve us because she decided we were drunk. We were not being belligerent or loud....just sitting at the bar. I decided to take a video at the end because I was really pissed. Oh yea she banned us from the bar. Oh how will I ever drink...
