Cato Fashions — Local services in Houston

I will never go into the spring cypress Cato again , they were just plain rude , I have a long history w Cato heck I was an assistant manager at Ms. Edna’s store n a long time customer . I went in 11/9/22 then when back the next day 11/10/22 to exchange some super cute jeans that were way big , and both times the employees working were rude not one of them ever greeted me or anyone else that came in , then when I took the jeans back the next day the team member / employee was very uninterested in helping me w my return, she kept on asking if I got them there , or did I get them on line , or at another store , I told her no I got them here last night look at my receipt , I had my receipt , even if was emailed I still had it and I printed it off and took it w me , N on it was all the info she needed to know her store number , the cashiers , everything for that store . But she didn’t even take that into consideration , she was too worried about talking to another customer that was in there , that I’m assuming worked there than help me . I’m so upset I never , ever treated my Cato customers like that . I know from working at Cato that specific Cato is the DMs home office unless that changed . Even if it has there is no reason you should be treated like that by anyone :( I’ll just shop Cato on line from now on n hsvf it delivered so I don’t have to deal w nasty rude people . Was in store again on Tuesday🙂an brought a friend with me n she was Real close to Dippin into her bill money the sales were so good cause she didn't know that Cato's carried clothes for smaller women🙂Have to let u know that she spent over $200.00😁Now as for me this was my 3rd time this month 🙂I shopped bout 2 weeks prior to my birthday n the young lady in there told me that there was a Lay-A-Way plan that I could use, I had a moment with myself 😁MY OVER ALL EXCITEMENT WAS THE EXTRA WIDE VARIETY OF SUMMER COLORS N SIZES N SALES🙂KEEP IT UP🙂I'm going to visit a lot more often now to make sure that I don't miss out...

In a world where kindness is rare; I want to thank Dianna and Jackie at the 22625 Tomball Pky location, who helped me today. I came in to return clothes that I purchased online, that were too big. Instead of just processing the return, they came from behind the counter and helped me find the right sized pants, blouses, a cardigan and matching jewelry. Thanks to them, I left with two beautiful outfits, a purse and matching jewelry. One that I intend to wear at my interview tomorrow. Definetly will be shopping at this location more.
