$15 for an overcooked/ burnt burger is what you can expect.

Find a 5 guys if you want to spend too much on an EDIBLE burger. At least there you can get decent fries.

I went here because I was told that I would find a superior burger. I left here knowing that I had been misled by someone that knew nothing about good food! My first encounter was placing my order at the counter. The simple girl that took my order did not have enough attention span to repeat an order back to me as I spoke it to her. I swear, TikTok has ruined these people! She needed correction with every item. Even then the order was still incorrect after she rung it up. It took a while to get my food. Im sure it would’ve been served quicker had it not been so overcooked. Long story short, unless you want everything charred to the point that it’s damn near or damn burnt, avoid this place! Buns, beef patties, bacon, tots and onion rings were all well overcooked! You’d be better off going to a fast food restaurant. Way over priced! $58.00 for 3 plain burgers, tots, onion rings without drinks! The simple girl still charged for drinks as if an order for combo with a drink was made. The person taking the order only heard what had been repeated to her many times I assume. I’m guessing that plain spoken menu items in English is not something she understands. Why have that person take an order? Spanish was not her forte either!

First time visiting and was very impressed with how friendly and professional the cashier who greeted us was - she's a champ and they need to hire more like her. The menu was very large and had a LOT to choose from...I decided to order the namesake Joy Love Burger.

It came out looking beautiful and smelled great; however when I started to enjoy my meal, half the burger patty and condiments fell out - turned out my patty was not formed properly and was made up of several smaller ones. The flavor was very good and it looked amazing, but the simple part of offering a decently formed patty was non-existent, thus the entire meal was spent cleaning off my hands, and eating my burger with a fork. Not very pleasant nor got what I paid for.

It's a shame...our meal started off great with the friendly service and the food looked amazing, but the execution was poor at best. Would have earned a full five stars, but whoever made & cooked my "Joy Love” burger cost this place two stars. That's just my own experience and I might try this business again, but gotta go wash...

The place is small, but the colors/decor don't make it feel small or cramped, even when it is busy. Clean look with great music always playing. I've seen many families dancing in their seat and/or singing along with the music, my family included. Which brings a nice vibe- everyone is enjoying their food and the music. The food is delicious and portion sizes are enormous. My family went in pretty hungry the first time we went and we barely made it through half of our gigantic burgers. Today we decided to try the chicken tenders. Between 3 of us, we ordered 2 combo meals and my husband and I shared a soda. Again, we didn't finish all of our food and left full. Price is awesome for the amount of food. The burgers we ate were delicious as were the chicken tenders (regular and buffalo) I really enjoy the variety of items they have. Staff seems very busy, but still friendly. I hope everything stays like this, it definitely is a place we will...
