Long Wait and Told to Get Out. Unbelievable. I understand to expect longer than usual wait times during the holiday shopping season. But when my two brothers and I stopped in after lunch today (Saturday) we shopped and made our purchase and that went fine. Then we saw the clearance bin and spent another fifteen minutes there and took our second set of purchases to the back of the line of five or so people. It took about fifteen or twenty minutes to get to the front of the line, as the two staff working seemed involved in very long, buy/trade transactions. The gentleman behind me with his son wanted to leave but his son was pleading and we struck up a conversation it was hard to believe there were only two people working and that one line wasn't dedicated strictly to purchases. We were in line over 30 minutes and the customer with the male associate told the associate to go ahead and check some of us out since we'd been waiting so long. We approached and were greeted with "What's up?" instead of "Thanks for waiting, how can I help you?" but we were so glad to be almost out of there we proceeded with purchasing our games. In the middle of ringing us up the male associate walked away and went into the back room. We didn't know what was happening and a few minutes later he came back with an accessory that went to one of the games we purchased. He was repeatedly interrupted by customers with questions which he stepped aside to answer at length and when the phone rang I actually said to my brother if he answers that I'm going to kill him, and he did, but I didn't actually kill him. We just wanted our items and to go. It was taking a long time for the receipt to print and my brother vocalized how long we'd been waiting and that he was frustrated, when the male clerk told him "You're being rude." At which point my brother and he exchanged words and the clerk said in a loud angry tone "Get out of my store." We did, and from now on will be going to Game Over Games. Some training clearly needs to happen here with a customer oriented focus. I understand not being acknowledged by either employee for the seven to eight people who were waiting in line over a half hour to thank us for our patience or let us know "we see you" but it's another to simply remark on the long wait and then be told we're being rude and then trying to discourse about it results in being told to "Get out of my...

He right away told me that he didn't have it in stock, so I took it as a gamestop website typo. When I called a different store, they told me that the same store (1st store I called) had it in stock. I called one more store just to double check again, they told me that the same exact store I called (1st one) had it. So I called the 1st store again to ask if they had it, and I told them that I asked other stores and they said that they were the only store that had it, even within a 100mile radius too. They said that they had it in stock and they would look for it, I waited on the phone for 16+ mins for them to tell me that they "looked all over the store and couldn't find it anywhere" even though 2 other stores said they clearly had it.
