I came in the drive thru i waited at the box saw the girl at the window stretching carrying on with someone off to the side.. so i waited.. she looked toward me then walked off.... she came back toward the window laughing... a little disturbed now i still wait.. she looks at me again another person sticks there head around the corner looking toward me.. they bolth disappear... as any other person woulda done i drove up to the window and looked in.. there was a girl doing paperwork or homework on the desk she saw me and told the other girl to come help me... she comes up with a half eaten hotdog in one hand and 1/4 of it still in her mouth and says "do you need anything?" i say yeah pointing to the box behind me can i make an she goes yeah go ahead.. ok 14 with no tomatoes or jalapenos that would be it.. ok 3.24 she say i hand her the money and wait again.. she brought something out to the car behind me who was waiting for me to get done at the box, wich seemed to get his order thru the box because she only went out to him once and then he left whatever guy must have had just a drink... couple minutes and i get my burrito i say thanks drive away pull out to the redlight open the bag and grabbed the burrito... it was cold on my palm almost like a tydie shirt half of it was warm in spots it was very cold... of course i flipped around and went back to the window went around someone who was using the box to make and order......... seriously.... i come up to the window and the same girl is like whats the matter.. well the half the burrito is cold i say to her.. she looked me dead in the face and tells me its suppose to be like that the vegetables are cold.. she corrected herself quick saying not the tomatoes.. so the onions are that cold... i never even checked to see if it had tomatoes.. i told her she was wrong, and asked for my money back and went to another sonic close to my house.. got a #14 no tomatoes or jalapenos.. it was out in about 3+ minutes only thing wrong was it didn't have tatertots in it hey at least it was warm came with a receipt a mint and a smile......
Read moreI ordered a Route 44 unsweetened tea and a Lg sweet tea. Sonic sets the option for payments at the screen, so I made payment. I had a tip for the car hop waiting for my delivery. She handed me the order which was also a #7-footlong coney meal and walked away. There was absolutely no interaction from her, nor confirmation of condiments which I had asked for. She literally just walked away and I stood there with her tip. That was easy to decide then that she wouldn't be getting it. Her choice, her service. I didn't realize till I got home that the teas were so light in color and taste. They tasted like water. I called Sonic to have the girl that answered pass me to the manager. He told me to go back right then, but i no longer had transportation. I went back today. I explained the event and reordered the drinks. They had me wait over 20 minutes. I didn't ask for free. I paid for them the day before and they messed up. Your sonic had very bad reviews over and over and seems like for years nothing gets done. You guys should close down shop and let the retail spot bring in something new with people that know how to provide good customer service, because that group is just hateful. Management is even worse to be as unsuccessful as it has been for years. Whataburger and IHOP have all the business right next door on each side and they have most of the same employees working for them for well over 5 years. Sonic has been there way too long and shows no improvement. So sorry Sonic, but you just dont compare. No matter how long we as your customers keep trying to keep you going. Read moreWow, this sonic location is VERY special. After ordering 2 simplistic drinks and 2 pretzels, a young lady brought our drinks on a tray and after politely informing her that the order was wrong, she ran into the store to have herself a cry. Apparently, she didn't like being told the order was wrong and that i would refuse to hand over my card until my order is correct.
Afterward, I'm assuming, the manager, came out to deliver the same exact incorrect order. While trying to explain the incorrect order to her, she decided to become highly unprofessional and rude by interrupting constantly, raising her voice, and just having a downright nasty attitude.
After so many times of being interrupted, I simply raised the tone of my voice a bit, to speak over her, and say "hey, quit interrupting me so I can answer your question" It was at this point, one of her associates came out and stood directly in front of my drivers side mirror, preventing me from leaving while the "manager" continued with her attitude and lack of intelligence.
Eventually, I was graciously allowed to leave by my captors and was giving some very kind words from them while leaving, including some foul language (thankfully my child wasn't in the car)
