So I order a large Choc Shake from here and paid with my WB App. After waiting on in the predetermined spot #2 for more than 15 minutes (only ordered a shake) I went in and waited another 10 minutes only to be served a melted shake. In their defense they did have a whole softball girls team there and they still hadn’t received their food but I had lost my craving and I didn’t want to have a shake remade (which they did offer) but ultimately I stuck to my guns and decided a refund would be better for me, only to be told by the night manager to call corporate since it was bought with my app… this was their response to my request for a refund……….

And I replied with…….
So just to confirm... I was expecting my refund of a large shake and you think it's okay to give me enough points for a medium shake? That doesn't seem to add up on my book. As a contractor for HVAC company in the state of Texas, what would my customer do if I charged them for a service they didn't receive and then when they complained about said service, offered them a lesser service as compensation. Does corporate kinds see where the business model is flawed? With the costs of life these days, y'all should do better than taking from my pockets!!!
Please, please, please… I know y'all can do better!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Update... Whataburger Corporate got back to me in a timely manner and...

I have never been served a burger this hot and delicious at a fast-food place. Unlike McDonald’s, where the food is never hot, Whataburger delivered fresh, flavorful, and piping hot food—and now, this is my new go-to spot!
My First Dine-In Experience at Whataburger 🍔🔥
I’ve grabbed their grilled cheese before (which I love!), but this was my first time dining in and having a burger. Let me tell you—it felt like an old-school diner experience!
✅ They still use trays—a small but nostalgic touch! ✅ Friendly staff you can actually talk to—no cold kiosk ordering like other places. ✅ Customer service that makes you feel welcome—not just rushed through a drive-thru.
It was worth every penny, and I didn’t care that it wasn’t some $1 menu deal—because the quality is unmatched.
The Star of the Show: The Moderate Melt 🍔🔥
The flavor? Unbelievable. The only thing that could make it better? Add bacon! 🥓 But even without it, the juiciness, the melted cheese, the perfectly grilled onions—10/10!
🍟 And let’s talk about those onion rings! Crispy, flavorful, and the perfect side to this burger masterpiece.
As a Global Speaker & Event Organizer, I’m Always On the Go
I work remotely, travel often, and try to eat healthy—but sometimes, you just need to enjoy life and treat yourself. This was one of those moments.
💡 And another thing—I thought McDonald’s had the best sweet tea, but Whataburger is giving them serious competition. 🥤
Final Verdict: Don’t Go to McDonald’s. Don’t Go to Burger King. Treat Yourself to Whataburger!
If you’re new to Texas (like I was, coming from Kansas), Whataburger is the spot you NEED to try.
What are you waiting for? Go order NOW. You’ll thank me later! 🚀🍔🔥

Read moreThe store on Spring Cypress at 249 used to be really unfortunately due to the way the drive-through lanes are constructed I could not pull out and leave so instead I was stuck for over 30 minutes waiting for my order which got to me and was wrong and cold However the last three times I’ve been here, the wait in the drive-through line exceeded 25 minutes. Only then, to have the one hamburger I ordered and waited for to be completely cold, dried out, and soggy bun. I’m not sure what’s happened to this location, but between the wait exceeding 25-30 minutes, and then getting cold food, go someplace else. Terrible. A year later I came back. As I was paying in cash I was told to go to the outside wine and they would bring the order to me. I had three cars in front of me who had already been waiting 20 minutes when I pulled up behind them. The credit card Lane closest to the restaurant was moving through at a good speed, so it appears they were taken care of their credit card customers before those paying by cash. The employees working the cash lane were in no hurry, and had terrible attitudes. Unfortunately the way the drive through lanes are constructed I was trapped and could not leave. After waiting over 30 minutes with only three cars in front of me, my order arrived by an employee who was rude, refused to talk, handed me my burger to which I replied "How much is it?" She acted like it was a bother to tell me my burger and small french fries were $8.80. I paid and left to eat in a parking lot. Not only were the burger and fries completely cold and greasy burger was not what I had ordered. I thought after a year's time perhaps they would've gotten their act together but obviously that is not the case. Find someplace else to eat because this food and their service is some of the worst...
