This place is absolutely horrible in every aspect. I’ve been here multiple times for pick ups and every time it was something different. On one occasion I was told they had to cancel an order because it was going to be a 20 minute wait and they didn’t want to prepare the order. Another time I entered to employees shouting and cursing at each other. I waited 5 minutes in the lobby before anyone even offered to help. And a separate time upon entering before I said a word, the first thing I was told was that the manager went out on a break and never returned so we’re behind on orders and it’s going to be a long wait. Tonight was no different. There was a sign on the door that said drive thru only. Ok, proceeded to the drive thru. No response. Called the store and after 2 calls someone answered and said oh ok pull up to the window. I was immediately told oh we’re closing early. Read moreI love the food here and LOVE that Schlotzsky's has gluten free options for breading and pizza crusts and is celiac safe. I also did love that as I was getting my order taken, the lady at the register was educated about celiac disease, which is a first.
At arrival, I was greeted with angry customers who didn't receive their order for a long time and wanted a refund, which wasn't great, but prepared me for waiting a long time for my order.
The staff there was very kind and overall I had a good experience, but to get my order, it did take an hour to receive it, even with there not being a lot of customers at this location. They did make it right with me by checking in with me as they noticed that I was waiting for a long time to receive my order and they didn't see my number in the list, but as I was observing around there were a lot of errors in orders being given to customers left and right.

Read moreBe careful ordering Cinnabon here. We drove 30 min with traffic over there to magnolia tonight. It was $17 and terrible. Tasted old, stale almost like they had made them yesterday. By the time we got home I reached out & the owner wants me to bring them back for a refund. 1 there closed now & 2nd why would you drive back over there. Beware ! The owner Jose is not customer friendly .
