I called to make and order and they agreed to provide it at 11am. Then when I arrived they could not fulfill the donut order. Horrible.

Nope. I clearly said all chocolate with sprinkles when I called in the morning. That's all. You gave me an excuse that you were busy and taking orders also at the window. I said I will pick up at 11am. Why didn't you make the order and set aside. That's why I called to make the order early.

I asked if you can fulfill the 28 donuts at 11am. And you said no. So I said thanks and good bye. Don't take the order if you cannot provide it. Worst experience I've ever had, I walk into the store and immediately notice that they have a minimal donut selection. However, I was hungry and wanting actual food so I got a bacon egg and cheese. They threw a paper bag into their setup of 2 microwaves stacked on top of each other right in front of me, sad reality was that was actually my food, absolutely 0 shame. I was served a bacon egg and cheese on the greasiest croissant I've ever seen and felt with a molten hot core because it was microwaved inside of a paper bag without any sort of wrapping, it was just thrown into the paper bag. Did I mention the food tasted absolutely horrendous? Absolutely no idea how this place sits anywhere...

Today was my third occasion to visit this store and although the food is of good quality, the attitude of a male person who works there leaves a lot to be desired.
