Just pulled over in the parking lot to write this as I'm leaving with my order.
I wasn't impressed with the customer service at all. When I ordered she answered back "Is that it?" I said, no, I'd like to add peanut butter. "That it?" She replied again. I said well.. I saw your advertisement for free enhancer, can I include that? "Huh?" She replied. I explained what I'd saw to her and she said.. "Oh, I guess if you got the app or whatever". I stated I do. I thought I had applied my $6 Rewards to the app, toward my purchase. Well, I know I did, but I don't know why it didn't seem to apply here. She asked if I'd like a receipt, and I said I would. I kindly said.. "Oh, it doesn't look like it applied my $6 Rewards". She said.. "Oh, well I just scanned it, so.. have a nice night".
Well.... ok then. She did not seem interested in being helpful or considering customer service at all. I just wasn't impressed at all.
I think there's a lot of room for improvement with customer service...

Dark hair girl helping him evidently has absolutely no customer service skills/ common sense skills either for that matter. So when I handed the phone over to be scanned all I got in response to my questioning of him not waiting to ring me out when I had the code (he knew I was working on getting it) was that he’s new and she can call the manager. Never mind the cards every smoothie king has with a free 20 oz on them, or the let me refund then ring out your order again so we can honor that for you, just a “I could care less” attitude and a wait here in this hot drive through with your two kids for another 10 minutes while I try to reach my manager. Why would she be the one trusted to ensure your business is run successfully?! She should be replaced. She is not helping you be successful or...

For the past week during lunch I've came and purchased nutty super grain, mango kale, peanut super plus, and something else, anyway each time they literally put at least one cup of tap water in each shake and today the consistency was so watery kylee put another cup of ice in a medium shake just to give it a thicker look so four shakes in four days all watered down and disgusting then I asked her do you guys always put a cup of water in the shakes and she said yes? Wow. I contacted a friend of mine that manages two stores in Harvey LA and marrero Louisiana who's been with smoothie king since we where 18 he said by no means do they ever put that much water in these kind of smoothies, sometimes at most a splash.
