Sonic Drive-In — Restaurant in Texas

Well tonight is at 11:30 at night and I had ordered it was screwed up during lunch time and they asked me to come back but the manager that told me at 2 o'clock was not there and didn't even know it so when I have to come back after I got off work after staying a few hours extra thought used to be sick spot turned into 11 o'clock when I came back to collect my chicken wings and lo and behold the manager name Stephanie it was working tonight was extremely rude and basically called me a liar it was laughing when I told her how far I had to drive to come back and I said I guess I'm going to pay for him again and which I was about to order another set of wings that I've already paid for I was there to pick up after I confirmed it is because they made the mistake of not telling each other communicating passing notes on from one shift to another I ended up driving there and getting aggravated while I was tired actually drove out of my way to come back there to correct and order that they messed up and basically she just laughed in my face after she told me know that she can't do nothing but if she's a manager she can do something so this lady Stephanie the manager lady claims that it's out of her power it's impossible for her to do something which is a lie of course we all know that and they kept sending this one guy who was young kid who couldn't talk it was nervous couldn't talk to me basically kept sending him out there to talk to me is like playing middle-man and it was joking around and actually look like bullying him and they just kept laughing and that's what pissed me off I started to walk in the store and talk to myself and send him out here to talk to me you talk to me if you're the manager so that's another thing that pissed me off meaning but her name is Stephanie and she is a total late b** later that should not...

I've never had a worse experience being at a Sonic in my life. I live 3 minutes away from 1 off of Almeda Road and they are always amazing even when they are short staffed or when they are super busy. My experience here at the one off West Road was horrible. I ordered my food through the drive-thru and when I went to pay the guy told me I could not pay with a card and cash at the same time. I asked him if he could split the check so I could pay one check with my card and the other with my cash and he told me no and I asked for a manager. He took my food and drinks back inside. When she came out she also told me that she couldn't do it and I explained to her that she could take the drinks off of my order and then charge my card just for the food and pay for my drinks with the cash if you were unable to make a credit card transaction and a cash transaction on the same ticket. How ridiculous is it to tell a customer who has crying kids in the car waiting for food that they couldn't help me...until I had to get upset and beg her 2 split the check for me and allow me to pay for my food. She then walked back in and told me she would do it she came back out and gave me my card and then I sat for another 5 to 10 minutes watching them go to different cars and we sat and waited for then to bring my food back out. The manager came back out to my car and asked why I was still there and I told her I was still waiting for my food. I've never been so embarrassed because I had to basically argue with the manager in order to pay to get my food then had to sit and wait for them to bring the food back to us. I never write bad reviews but this I feel had to be shared. I hope nobody ever has to deal with that and I also think that Sonic needs to change their system to where you can pay with a credit card and cash on the...

The girl with purple hair ,Isabel, was extremely rude. I wish i could write a review without having to put a star, but unfortunately google doesn't give me that option. When i pulled up to the drive thru she had an unwelcoming monotone tone to her (which is usual for some fast food places considering the pay and age of the employees). I proceeded to pull up to the window to pay and as i'm waiting for my food i can see her through the clear windows just sitting down on her phone the whole time only for her to eventually come out and tell me after i handed her my money for the food," do you even need your change? 😒 because like i have to go inside." I was so confused that at this point my head turned so far to the side, one would think i snapped my neck. Girl.. I'm a struggling college student, that's why i went to sonic for some cheese sticks and not damn Carrabbas, hell yea i want my change! She walks away with my money and never makes change then proceeds to stay inside. At this point Im bewildered. I've been duped, bamboozled. I've been smekledorfed, and i will not tolerate this unsatisfactory behavior. I barely turned 20 and you mean to tell me i can have more maturity than some 23+ woman? Once again, i know its Sonic but have more respect or if not then work for the city/county jail- they would love her attitude, she'd fit...
