This place is a chaotic mess, masks worn very well. There's an ongoing federal investigation involving this particular location. On January 3, 2025 I approached and asked the manager was it okay to sit on the patio he said yes. He immediately asked if I wanted food, I eventually accepted his offer after he continued asking multiple times. I read my KJV Holy Bible. I left walking one day he came and found me and gave me a key to the back storage. I was allowed to stay in there for two months. During the time I was around I was approached by another night shift manager she said let her know if I wanted anything, just get her attention. She introduced me to Aaliyah and told me to get her attention when she wasn't there. And it trickled from there. A couple weeks ago Daniel placed an order for me before he clocked out and left, and Jesse brought it to me I was sitting in the hall near the restrooms where I was allowed to. She spoke a spell over my food. I called judgment on her for doing that. Daniel spoke to me yesterday said his boss brought a new camera system, stated the box was open when he received it. He had to plug it up before he leave. Said he knows they're trying to find any lil thing to get him fired. He gave me a large cup of ice water, I walked back to the shed and removed my things. I just had straightened up the boxes inside the shed a few days ago. Even helped take the over filled trash bags from the patio. People shouldn't have to pull up spend money and have to smell stinky trash or see filled cans early in the morning. Night shift should take out those bags. I approached today and one of the good employees came out and brought me a drink she paid for. And she was crying. Said they banning me from there. Lol. He could have said that yesterday. I have a receipt from yesterday where $19.14 was paid for an order. He's wrongfully firing employees and treating/using people to do his job. I didn't like to see her crying. Wade/Anna is actually a good person. I hope she stays there. She has never done anything like some of the others. I DON'T CARE HOW MUCH MONEY THAT LOCATION MAKES That place is GHETTO; FROM THE USE OF MARIJUANA & SELLING IT on the property. LOUD speaker playing club music, customer's being brought COLD food, the wrong size food, weak watered down drinks. Daniel mentioned out his own mouth he knows and doesn't care, he TRYING to get RICH. That's horrible, taking people money knowing what they're asking for isn't what they're paying for. I hope GOD bless your business with better employees. Because people spirits are poor, bad, souls lost and broken. I feel bad for good employees experiencing such encounters. Even customer's... We order 7 drinks THE CAR HOPPER BROUGHT THE DRINKS WITOUT A CUP HOLDER. Why ? Read moreToday was horrible, the short haired (black lady) that said that she was a manager was one of the rudest people i've met in my entire life!!! This lady spoke to me as if i was the employee, and she had an issue/grievance as a customer. I was so confused by her strange irrational behavior, she was overly aggressive argumentative and rude. There was nothing to argue about. I asjed for 2 route44 cups of ice drop from the back and she completely lost her mind, yelling at me that ice in the bucket is from the back. The employee Raven (white young lady) was yelling at me as well yelling that I always come there and do that), ( i guess asking for my ice from the back). I felt so attacked by both ladies. I tried to de-escalate the situation and reason with her. She spoke over me when i was trying ask nicely if i could get my ice fresh from the back. She refused my request, and then threatened to refuse service and ban me from sonic. All while asking me to pay and then when i tried to pay, she continously close the door in my face at least 3-4 different times. There was a new employee (black young lady very nice) who profusely apologized for that woman's rude behavior. Again, i was sooo confused and in disbelief of her attitude, speech, and extreme over the top behavior and so were some of the employees watching her have an emotional meltdown/tantrum on an undeserving longtime confused customer!!
