Waited 15 mins, watching the employees commit multiple health code violations and give me dirty looks, before someone came and begrudgingly took my order.
My only requests were that they washed their hands and changed gloves, as they had all been handling money as well as preparing food using the same gloves, and i wanted mustard instead of ketchup on my burgers. One employee switched gloves, but did not wash his hands. The other 2, including the employee that prepared my order, ignored my request. Also, my burgers had ketchup, and no mustard.
All of the employees seemed very irritated that i was patronizing the establishment, and we're giving me dirty looks the whole time.
The sign by the door showed that the dining area closes at 10p, but the manager was screaming at one of the employees to close doors early. Unbeknownst to me, the doors were locked with me still inside the store.
After several minutes, i received my order, and i began to leave. As i approached the double doors, one of the employees was standing in the way of one of the doors. I stepped to his side, and tried to exit through the other door. The door was locked, and i kind of bumped into it. The employee began laughing, at which point i asked him why he would do something like that, and that it was"pretty messed up" that he'd stand in front of the unlocked door, and allow me to basically walk into the locked door. The employee laughed more as he unlocked and opened the door. After I walked through the door, the employee leaned out, and made a very loud, disturbing noise to me. He then quickly closed and locked the door while giving me the middle finger as he walked away.
Completely disgusting, from beginning to end. From the store being completely gross and dirty, to the employee's and management's complete disregard for cleanliness. These people should be ashamed of themselves for their actions (and inactions).I would advise everyone to stay far away from this store, unless you're in the mood...
Read moreIf I could give this post a zero, I would. The customer service today was terrible l left with the complete wrong order , cold food, and then was told I could not get a refund. Then I was told that I didn’t order what I said I had ordered. How are you gonna tell me what I ordered when I look in my bag and what I ordered is not there. Two fries were missing (small) which is what I asked for with the 3 combos w/ all curly fries but was told I only ordered one fry and two drinks and only one combo. They gave me one Lrg fry, which is not what I’m asked for. I said to NOT Lrg my drink and they larg one of my drinks that I asked for a medium they left me with missing my other small drink. I am sooo angry right now 31 dollars spent and they couldn’t give me my money back because they claim the manager wasn’t there to input passcode smh. If I ordered what they claimed I ordered, why was my order 31 dollars?! This was the absolute worse experience I ever had. How do you make me keep an order that is completely wrong and cold and then tell me you can’t refund my money. Read moreI visited your location late last night and had a very disappointing experience. After placing my order, I waited at the window for 10–15 minutes. Despite the long wait, the staff member at the window was rude, and my order was incorrect. I ordered the spicy crispy wraps and was given the regular crispy wraps instead.
After waiting that long, the food should have at least been fresh. Unfortunately, it wasn’t. The wraps were cold, the tortillas were hard, and it seemed like there was barely anything inside—mostly just wrap. On top of that, no sauces were included, and the overall customer service was poor.
I tried calling the store multiple times after I got home, but no one answered the phone.
To summarize: long wait, cold and incorrect food, missing items, and bad attitudes. This is not the standard of service or quality I expect, and I hope this issue is addressed...
