Little Caesars Pizza — Restaurant in Spring

I would really like to give 0 star my experience was horrible I went to this location because I was in the area on Sunday July 8,2018 at 5:45 pm I was in the drive thru line but it was a long wait so I decided to go inside and order a young lady name Amber took my order I had to ask several times about my order so she got mad and went to bacK work area and started slamming cutters people pizza on the work area table a young man came out to help me cause she said go work front take order a lady waiting on her order is mad but I wanted to know about my order because at least ten people had came in after me and made special order and receive their order and left I was still waiting on my order when I did receive it from the young man that was nice my supreme pizza was ok but my pepperoni pizza was flat on one side and pepperoni was burned he knew I was disappointed so he offered to make another one but I told him that I had already been there for a whole hour I am not waiting any longer and I left a very dissatisfied customer and I go to Little Cesar other locations all the time very satisfied this location was the absolute worst case i would not recommend it to anyone poor service don't plan on ever going back when I am ever in the area will rather take a long drive to my...

This is the worst Little Caesars ever!!! First off the lobby was close and the store wasn't closed yet. We entered the drive thru at 9:57!!!! We waited in the drive thru for a couple minutes until it was our turn to order, as we pulled up to the drive thru a black female in her late 40's with pink hair (looked to be a manager) gave us a very mean and rude attitude, and instead of welcoming us to Little Caesars or saying sorry for the inconvenience for the lobby being closed, she said "listen! We are closed! Now the only thing we have is 9$ cheese crust pizza!! So do you want that or not?". The lady talked to me and my family in a very disrespectful attitude that I did not appreciate at all! I told her we entered the drive thru before 10:00pm and were waiting in line. She told me that I got in line after 10pm and she would not serve us. I could clearly see that she just turned off the oven and was being totally lazy and wanted to leave early. This lady needs to be fired! I have never said that about any employee ever until now! I want Little Caesars Pizza to know my family and I will never be a customer...

Horrible everyone in the kitchen noone taking orders 3 people in line 2 waitting for pizza drive thru was getting priority Horrible pizzas nothing like it used to be all burnt not even at all its all flat from some areas full of bubbles some blowed up some popped and all you could see is the dough grows definatley not eatable end up loosing atleast 4 slices Whats a Pizza with lack of sauce and cheese!? What do kids like in Pizza!? Not the DOUGH obviously!! YOUR EMPLOYEES NEED TO START MAKING PIZZAS THE WAY THEY WOULD EAT THEM THEMSELVES and hire real people who love the Job NOT THE MONEY CAUSE ALL THEY DO IS A CRAPPY JOB AND STILL GET PAID... OTHER LOCATIONS KNOW ABOUT THE REPUTATION IN THIS LOCATION SO I HEARD FROM AN EX EMPLOYEE DONT BUY PIZZA THERE THEY DROP THE DOUGH AND STILL USE IT THEY DONT EVEN WASH THERE HANDS REALLY OMAIGOD!!
