Subway — Restaurant in Spring

NO RESTROOM FOR CUSTOMERS- UNLESS YOU'RE A POLICE OFFICER

My last visit to this subway was on 7/31. For the past 4 years this location was my go to subway because it's about 5 min away from me. Four the last couple of months I've been going to eat there and when I tried to use the restroom they are locked because according to the personnel "they are not working". Last time I ate there I ordered my food, sat down to eat, and then tried to use the restroom. I was told again that the restrooms where not working therefore they were out of service... 5 - 10 minutes later a lady police officer showed up and she asked if she could use the restroom and they said YES and RAN TO UNLOCK THE DOOR FOR HER when I had been told they where OUT OF SERVICE. After I saw that I asked again if I could use the restroom and the lady said that they where NOT working. My response to her was "OH, OK... SO I HAVE TO COME IN A POLICE UNIFORM TO BE ABLE TO USE YOUR RESTROOM?!?! And she proceeded to tell me that the restrooms where going to be cleaned up and that's why I couldn't use it. Mind you we where there for quite some time. I will be calling corporate to let them know if this situation because if your restrooms are "not working" all the time you should not let the customers eat at your business... or the business should be closed. The oldest lady working there always has a bad attitude and is the one who made me had this...

Giving it 1 star because this is the third time I have a bad experience here...

I don't think the owner cares about this place because if I was the owner and this was my business, I would make sure it was running smoothly.

There was only 1 lady working and struggling with everything. There were no "real juices" ready, you know, the ones they make that have strawberry and other fruits. No tea. So, I had to get the lemonade but when I tasted it, it was nothing but carbonated water. It had absolutely no taste. Some flavors were out. I had left already so I'm stuck with no drink. Also, I could also tell other customers were upset they were out of drink options.

The sandwich was fine.

I can't blame the employee that was there. She was trying her best given that she was the only one and she was trying to process online and in-person orders. I blame the owner because this is the third time I go to this location and it is the same thing. Nothing to drink and limited and overwhelmed staff. And it wasn't busy at all, but it was too much for just one person. Hire staff.

To the employees that work there: Hang tight and thank you for giving it your best!...

When I walked in. No greet or anything. I got in line waiting for someone to show up from back. About 2 minutes later employee shows up, nonchalant and doesn’t even look at me. We were both just sending there silently then when he did decide to speak, he spoke with a baby voice and I couldn’t understand him multiple times. I had to resort to reading lips. I told him what I wanted and I didn’t want the cheese sauce. He put cheese sauce anyways..

then pours 3x the amount of onions. Didn’t ask me if I wanted a 6 inch or foot long. So I left with a foot long which I didn’t initially want. Then to make matters worse. Bathroom doesn’t work “or isn’t clean” and sanitizer isn’t filled either. I guess he heard me complaining so picks that time to damage control and sweep. Oh while he was sweeping, another customer was patiently waiting and also being ignored. Dude was passive aggressive and negligent to...
