I visited this location with my mom in the early afternoon. It was completely quiet with only one customer ahead of us, so there was no excuse for the poor service we received. We had some Subway coupons, and my mom tried to order an Italian BMT—forgetting that it’s now listed under a different name. At every other location we've been to, employees have had no problem understanding and honoring the order.
Instead, the young woman working that day was flat-out rude. She refused to make the sandwich and forced my mom to pick something else. Her attitude was dismissive and unprofessional, and she made the sandwich carelessly—despite there being no crowd or pressure to rush.
When it was my turn, I was met with the same cold, disrespectful attitude. She even made a snide comment about my sandwich because I didn’t want all the toppings. Completely unnecessary and inappropriate. I didn’t say anything in the moment, but the experience left a bad impression.

I have absolutely no contact or decision on the delivery method. Order is delivered and my husband gets s Tuna sandwich, which he HATES Tuna and thought I was pranking him. He eats half of it because he was hungry and throws the other half away. When he came home laughs at my joke which I had no idea on. Read moreI had a 2 6in meal deal coupon for $10. It literally took the staff over 30 min to figure out how to use it. One of the girls provided the worst customer service I have EVER had. The receipt printer was down and instead of saying just that when I asked for my receipt she said "we charged extra because there was bacon added!" I told her I didn't care about the price I just needed the receipt. She went on to give an attitude because they couldn't find the button to hit to use the coupon. When I asked for the manager she LIED and said "she isn't here." I told her "I know she is. She just walked out here." She continued with "I don't care. She is busy!" I told her I didn't give a damn.
