The staff here has no idea what customer service is. I've been here three times in the last week and the same lady always makes me wait no matter how many people are in the line... I point this out because i've seen her take multiple orders and multitask while filling them and have had to wait while she's having a conversation with her coworker. Today i had to wait while she rung up her coworkers grocery, meanwhile Target has cashiers and the self checkout aisles available. Read moreI stood in line for 12 minutes waiting for a couple to finish ordering, but that’s not the problem. The problem is, that this teenage white girl walked up in front of me and started ordering when it was my turn, I said excuse me, I was in line, she turned and looked at me like I wasn’t talking to her, the cashier just continued to take her order like she didn’t see me in line. Read moreI absolutely love this Starbucks! The barista, Heather (I believe that’s her name) is so joyful in the morning; even if there is a bit of a crowd. She is so sweet and more than accommodating- not to mention my lattes are excellent! She goes the extra mile to make customers feel special. After having a rough few days, it’s so refreshing to have someone really put in effort to show she cares about her job and others.
