Starbucks — Restaurant in Texas

Closest starbucks to my house, unfortunately. I stopped by midday on a weekday. My drink an iced shaken espresso was okay and my croissant was heated when i said not too no bigge right, so the reason for the bad review is this. I came midday, and everything was fine until the entire place became overrun with loud, unruly obnoxious wanna be tough street kids. This location is across the street from 2 huge schools, a high school, and a middle school, I believe. About 20 kids skipped class together and walked in. The staff should of told them to leave as they were extremely loud, playing loud music, running all over the place, only 2 or 3 placed an order for the cheapest things possible. Numerous customers at tables in the middle of working, eating, and drinking got up and left immediately. It's the staffs job to keep the place in order. we have frequented this location many times over the years and lately the service has gone downhill. I am a type 2 diabetic and while I have had to make adjustments to my diet my favorite item of chai tea had to be adjusted due to the sugar content. My go-to since I hate coffee is a brewed chai (with the tea bags) with extra steamed soymilk with a couple bags of stevia it tastes like a real hot chai. However, when my mom went to order it yesterday she told by the female employee that we are the only ones who make this and due this they are going to discontinue ordering all chai tea bags thus trying to convince us to order a product that has too many carbs for my disability ie, type 2 diabetes. They have just removed one of the only items I order besides for green tea, thereby starting my boycott of a company that is already losing sales and struggling. Came in at an off peak time, asked for a drink that was not yet available. Was told what items would be missing from it (toppings) but they could make it without. Opted for without, it was pretty good. I stayed right up til closing (maybe 10 min left) working on pharmacology homework and no one rushed me out. I was actually waiting on a friendly 15 minute reminder (I try to mind the time because everyone wants to go home on time) and they just left me to do what I was doing, which I really appreciated. Overheard one of the employees inviting a customer to "bring on" some off menu drinks and telling her they'd make whatever she requested, so as long as they had all of the ingredients.
