Funny how drastically the customer experience varies from store to store. This is one location that I am usually going out of my way to avoid, and am rather driving 5 miles further for better service and better quality of the 'handcrafted' drinks. Because about 3 out of 5 times there's an issue here. Forget about any slight customization because...reading optional, I guess.
As many others have noted, they are slowww, no matter how empty the joint is. Bucket hat bro is too cool for school, seems to jive in his own little world, never makes you feel welcome, but you could put new soles on the man's shoes at the speed he's moving. Unsurprisingly, he gets the order wrong often. But boy does he look down on you as he does. Ha.
The cups are always wet and sticky, at the mobile pick up spot they sit in pools of whatever other people ordered an hour ago. I mean, who doesn't love as sticky steering wheel, am I right?!
Forget about coming here to hang out over a cuppa. The music is too loud, the tables are wobbly and always sticky, not enough working power outlets. Towards the back of the store it's especially uncomfortable. Gone are the days when Starbucks was supposed to be "the third place," at least at this location. Dreams of a relaxed, jazzy, coffee-scented oasis made way to the atmosphere of a 90s cafeteria. "You're not entitled to the bigger straw, Johnny. Next!"
One single drink at Starbucks these days costs about almost as much as the TX minimum wage. Those are premium prices for what I would expect to be premium quality products and a premium experience....
Read moreSometimes you guys get it right, sometimes you don’t. I always see the change in leader ship when you give this location a push. One recommendation, drive-through on the speaker you have people ask if they want anything to eat first. And then they say, “do you want anything else?”
When I used to work for In-N-Out Burger years ago, they trained on Customer Service. And they trained us not to say that. That way you don’t come off like you just want them to finish the order.
Can I get you started with something to eat today? Next sentence would be smart to train: “Would you like anything to drink as well?”
Train your team members on their wording, so they don’t come off the wrong way! Train them to encourage more ordering. But of course they need to be able to keep up with the orders..
I’ve lived by this location for about five years now, I always look forward to the moment when it slows down because for some reason they can’t seem to handle the client flow in the area. Every time it gets too busy they take too long and then the neighborhood stops wanting to go. They don’t wanna waste their time! Unfortunately, I work at home, managing nine salons, this is the closest Starbucks to me so I am off & on regular, but typically a Starbucks addict!!!
Show more consistency and you...
Read moreI went this morning to this location like I normally do through the drive-through but today the line was super long so I decided to go inside and get my drink. And I ordered my usual drink and my usual snack and I was waiting for about 10 minutes which I will say as normal because it's a busy morning but it went up to like 15 minutes 20 minutes and I asked the barista there the guy before me got his drink already so why don't I have my drink and she said oh I was making the blended drinks, but how does that justify the fact that my drink is super late and the guy that came before me already got his drinks. If she was in charge of the blended drinks, then she could've asked the other baristas there who were in charge of the NON blended drinks, but she didn't even apologize. She just said oh I was making blended drinks and just turned away and it took me another 15 minutes to get my drink which in total I was there standing 30 minutes to get an iced grande drink. I only go to this location because it's the closest to my house but now I'm reconsidering going to another location which is about 5 to 10 minutes away because of the bad...
