This is the second time I've ordered from this location and they've left something off the order. Last time it was a sandwich, now it's a side of bacon. This time I placed an order for pick up with a side of bacon. I checked the order but didn't realize that the side of bacon wasn't there until I got home. I called the restaurant, spoke with a young lady and was advised that I could come back to pick up the bacon but I work from home and could not leave again until lunch. I asked if they could correct the final charge to delete the bacon from the final billing and I was told no that the billing is handled by corporate. So I asked... So am I just going to eat the cost of an item I didn't receive? She chuckled and said um I guess so if you can't come back. So now I feel that this establishment is ok with profiting off undo enrichments from customers that don't return for items left out but are still billed. Yes it's only bacon but I paid for it and didn't receive it, again this is the second time this has happened and I made my order taker aware of this first incident when she took my order. I didn't get refunded last time and I'm being told I won't get refunded this time. This obviously will be my last visit here. Read moreI know that I don’t look like the typical person that writes reviews but I AM. I ordered my food online and when I arrived at the restaurant there was 1 couple eating. The 3 workers was sitting inside of the establishment eating. NO ONE ever grabbed my order from the register. A young lady who was very sweet walked up and apologized and started reading my order to the cook immediately. The gentleman got up from eating and immediately put my grits in a container BEFORE he made my steak melt. I kindly asked him not to make my grits so early because I had far to drive and no one liked hard grits. He responded with an attitude stating “I just made these grits, they not going to be hard” and placed them on the counter. At this point I’m agitated but I won’t argue with someone who’s making my food. Eventually my food is done and I asked was cheese added to my grits because that’s what I paid for. Because I had guests over and they insisted on Waffle House, I resorted to driving to the location. Once I arrived, I inquired about the phone situation and was given no regard for the inconvenience. The restaurant was no where near “too busy to answer” level. The employee, Guada, never took time to answer any calls but rather leaned around in between to-go orders. After I placed my group order, 7 different orders, she offered me to go to my car and wait. My thoughts were “hell that’s why I wanted to place the order over the phone first, genius!” I decided to stay inside to ensure that my order was made promptly. After receiving my order, two items were missing.
