i place my order at 9:02 pm. i checked the time as my other friends told me that they were waiting for more than 1 ½ hour for 2 order of shrimp and fries. they only got the chips and another appetizer in fair time. So knowing that, i asked our server how long it will take and he replied "around 25 minutes. At around 945 (almost 45 min later) my friends ask for their check and we all pay including me without even getting the burger yet. I asked how long it wil take and i was told about 7 more minutes. i said "no problem". At 950 i asked if they can give it to me togo because my friends needed to leave and they said "it is coming right know". So at 10pm i told them i am sorry but i need to leave just put the money back on my card. which they did as the burger was not ready. My surprise is that 3 different people came to the table apologizing for the delay between 940 and 950, but the printed check said "ordered at 9:42pm". So i guess they knew it but they never put the order???. i do not understand When i got there most of the people were leaving so it was not that busy. If they just tell the true about the time frame; i would understand but they lied to us over and over and over and over. Managament should be on the top of this as it gives this place bad reputation. The server was really polite and understanding our frustration. I know it was not his fault and he tried to put the order in as he came back to the table to make sure that he got the order right. At the end of the night i didn't eat because it was never ready, even when they said that it was (3 times) while i was getting the money back on my card for the burger. Definitely not coming back. 10:10pm when i left. When you pay the POS ask you for a review but the person who charged the card take it away from you and do it himself which I didn't care as i did not know that they were lying to us. The attached picture is the proof that i was there. The time they put the order in even though i ordered 40 minutes before, and all of them knew already. Also the money that they put back on my card. i realized about the order time just when they gave me the receipt right before i left. So it is not a fake review. thanks

The Dive of Dreams – And Seth Runs the Show Walked into this bar expecting sticky floors, questionable jukebox selections, and at least one guy named Randy telling me about his failed band. What I got was a life-changing experience curated by none other than Seth — the bartender, the vibe conductor, the unofficial mayor of this establishment. Seth isn’t just pouring drinks. Oh no. Seth is crafting liquid symphonies. I asked for a whiskey sour, and somehow it tasted like the emotional resolution of a coming-of-age movie. The man served me a beer with such finesse I momentarily believed I was royalty. I said, “surprise me,” and Seth handed me a drink that made me question every decision I’ve made up to this point. Iconic. But it’s not just the drinks. Seth remembers your name, your drink, and somehow, your middle school gym teacher’s name. How? I don’t know. I don’t ask questions. I just accept that Seth knows. At one point, I’m 85% sure Seth diffused an awkward breakup at table 6 with nothing but a perfectly timed dad joke and a plate of fries. Legend. The vibe? Electric. The people? Questionably employed but loveable. The music? Somehow always the right song at the right time, like Seth has a psychic playlist. If you’re looking for a place where the drinks are cold, the laughs are warm, and Seth is an absolute king—this is your spot. Honestly, if Seth started a cult, I’d probably join.

They didn't have any menus so I had to use my phone. Their website shows 6 wings. They brought 5 wings. I asked and they said that they recently changed their menu... They menu they didn't give me because they ran out of menus. I told them that they didn't give me a menu and the site said 6 wings. Waiter simply said sorry and moved on... Oh well. Update. The website says the cost of the wings is $8.49 but when I received the receipt, it was actually $11.99. insane that they display a different price on the website and when they don't give you a menu. Response : Thank you for responding to my review. I completely understand that prices have gone up, but $11.99 for 5 wings is simply outrageous—especially when the "Google menu" lists them at $8.49. I would not have ordered that item had I known it was $11.99 for 5 wings. The response from the server was apathetic, simply saying "oh well." Wingstop offers 16 wings for $19.99. I understand they specialize in wings and likely get better pricing, but your pricing is almost double; 92% more to be exact. However, that's not even my main point of contention. The issue is that a menu was not provided when we asked for one; the server mentioned there weren’t enough menus available. The significant price difference compared to what was listed online is the primary concern.

My partner always mentioned this place but I was never too interested since I don’t really like to drink. He finally convinced me to come and I am glad he did. The place is so unique. You don’t have to drink to have fun here. The atmosphere is great and the people are super friendly. We had not been out to restaurants or bars since quarantine began back in March. We were eager to go out but wanted to be outside and feel comfortable. Swanny’s did just that! They have signs everywhere asking to wear your mask. They have hand sanitizer available and one time use menus. The place has inside and outside seating. They even have an outside bar. They are also very clean and make sure to wipe down every table immediately after it is used. The staff all had masks on, too. The service is great! Not once did we have to wait on service even though the place was very busy. The waitress was very helpful and explained the menu to us. I loved that she made recommendations for things to try. I don’t remember her name but she was super nice! The food was delicious! I ordered a regular burger with fries and it was so good! Even though it was a simple order they did not disappoint. The meat was cooked perfectly, and the seasoning was on point. My food was warm and the fries were, too! The food and drink prices were decent. Not too cheap but not too expensive. Now let’s talk about the many activities you can do here. They have a volleyball net and you can play beach volleyball with other people. This is so cool because it’s a way to make new friends. It helps you interact with people that otherwise you wouldn’t. There is space to play kickball which I love to do and plan on going back just to play kickball. They also have a soccer field that was in use while we were there. It was so fun to watch. The place is also family friendly. It has a playground that kids can use. It is great to go and enjoy a day out with other friends that also have kids and be able to keep the kids entertained while you have a drink and a chat. They also have inside games for both adults and kids that will keep anyone entertained. Another great thing is that the place is animal friendly! I love dogs and I love taking my dog with me sometimes. This would be a great place to bring him. I also found out that they have live music on Friday and Saturdays. You could enjoy a chill night out at this place or a day out. Both would be pretty fun! I think this place is a great place to visit and to support. I’ve been to countless bars and restaurants over the years, but it’s rare to come across a bartender who strikes the perfect balance of skill, personality, speed, and genuine hospitality the way Seth does. He’s not just pouring drinks—he’s setting the tone for the entire night.

From the second you walk up to the bar, Seth makes you feel welcome. He’s got this calm, confident energy that puts everyone at ease, whether it’s your first time at Swanny’s or your hundredth. He doesn’t just do his job well—he elevates the entire atmosphere. It’s no exaggeration to say that when Seth is behind the bar, Swanny’s feels like the place to be. He’s got an incredible sense of humor, is quick with a witty comeback, and knows how to read the room—whether it’s keeping things fun and light or providing a chill, laid-back vibe when people need it. He just gets it.

Seth is the kind of bartender who turns a regular night out into a memorable experience. He’s professional without being stiff, friendly without being fake, and genuinely one of the hardest-working, most talented people I’ve seen in the service industry. I have to say... we LOVE the food at this place, but the service is consistently GARBAGE. If you want anything, you have to flag down a different server because yours will definitely ignore you. This time, however, was the WORST service I have ever experienced in my entire life. Literally... fast food workers are more competent. This big, fat woman took SO long to do ANYTHING. It took well over an hour (about 1.5 hours) to get our food, and when we asked for ranch, it took her another 15 minutes to come back, by which time our food was already cold, and god forbid we wanted some mayo and enough tomato to actually cover our burgers... by then everything was congealed and disgusting. And then... she brought us the milkshake we ordered... which was already melted, with what looked like flavor syrup in the bottom inch of the glass and everything congealed above it, and it was spilling everywhere, all over the table, as she put it down. I touched it and it just started dumping out like a volcano from under the whipped cream that had clearly sat in the glass so long it was sealing the goop inside. Not to mention the fact that there were SO MANY FLIES that the entire 30+ minutes we waited for this fat woman to waddle her way back to the table was spent swatting them away, with no attempts by the restaurant to mitigate the evident infestation. And on top of all of that disastrous mess... when I tried to talk to a manager to explain my disgust and frustration, without even raising my voice I might add, he just kept telling me I need to calm down. Please... tell me when, in the history of humanity, has telling a woman, especially a pregnant woman, to calm down, has actually resulted in calmness, not absolute fury. Every aspect of this visit was horrific and it is absolutely tragic, because the intention of the restaurant is fantastic and the food... genuinely great. But honestly... the service is beyond abysmal and the manager, sitting and drinking at the bar along with several uniformed staff members, while guests are not being taken care of... that is just embarrassing for the establishment. They need to step up their level of cleanliness and professionalism, because it is destroying what would otherwise be an incredible place to eat...
