Shipley Do-Nuts — Restaurant in Jersey Village

I go here every morning to get my breakfast sandwish and a coffee but today I saw this mean grumpy looking lady as I walked in and waited to be greeted I notice she is coming from the back of store I greeted her around the corner and she looked at me like she was upset I even walked in, I tell her I want a breakfast sandwish and she sais we don't sell breakfast sandwiches I tell her what do you mean because I come here every morning to get one,I pointed her to the sign at the window she sais ohh that's a kolache and I ask her then why does it sais breakfast sandwish on the sign and she had nothing to say, anyways this took my hunger away so I just left. I hope I never get helped by that lady again!

Updated* now I cant walk from work to pick up my favorite snacks because they won't open the lobby during lunch times,...

I had heard so much about this iconic American brand, and my curiosity got the best of me. As I walked in for the first time, I was immediately welcomed by the warm, sweet aroma of freshly baked donuts—an aroma that instantly transported me back to my childhood. The shop’s design was charming, with a clean and bright red-and-white theme that felt both classic and cheerful. Well I stopped for kolaches and seen the old fashioned cinnamon roll. I paid first then she went to grab the roll. She had grabbed the wrong roll at first . Then she switched it to the correct roll but I assumed the roll came with icing. It didn’t! I asked the lady if it did. unfortunately she didn’t know much English so she struggled to understand. she said no. I kind of didn’t want it anymore. But still took it to try. The un iced roll was ok but it was definitely missing the icing for me. I was so let down that day.
