Si esto no quieren que les pases solo hagan las cosas bien , llenen los papeles bien . Hagan que su personal trabaje . Yo no estoy diciendo nada que no halla pasado , esta es toda la verdad y hay que publicarlo para que nadie le pase lo mismo y se pongan pilas al ir a comprar con ustedes . Muy mal servicio , pĂ©simo dirĂ­a yo . No puedo decir lo contrario porque el mal rato que pase con ustedes no lo cambia nadie , mal rato, perdida de tiempo y dinero por la mala coordinaciĂłn que tienen . Una vez mĂĄs a los que leen ellos como negocio solo tartĂĄn de hacer ver mi reseña como una mentira . Esta es mi historia en esta tienda. Y si nunca checaron la cĂĄmara es porque saben que esos papeles de entrega lo llenaron mal con el color diferente, que arreglaron el color en el papel delante de mi esposa cuando fue a reclamar. I called the store for them to help me and they will take that one and give me another blank one as I requested and the girl doesn't know how to deal with customers, she hung up the phone on me and I called many times and they didn't answer me and I went to the store. After much trouble and demanding that they take it away because I am going to pay for what I like, not for what they sent me, they did nothing. They were able to verify that the receipt was wrong and everyone there just tried to defend themselves because the representative only spoke English. They fixed the receipt on the computer where it said black and they put it on me in beige. They made us pass off as crazy that the mistake was ours and they defended themselves against what they never said to send it white, they wanted to check the cameras so they could see that it was their mistake. In the end they left me with this that was not what I asked for and they kept the money without wanting to return it. Llame a la tienda para que me ayudaran y se llevarĂĄn ese y me dieran otro en blanco como pedĂ­ y la muchacha no sabe tratar con los clientes me colgĂł el telĂ©fono y llame muchas veces y no me atendĂ­an y me fui a la tienda. DespuĂ©s de mucha molestia y exigiendo que se lo llevaran porque yo voy a pagar por lo que me gusta no por lo que ellos me mandaron no hicieron nada . Arreglaron el recibo en la computadora donde decĂ­a negro y me lo pusieron beige . Nos hicieron pasar por locos que el error fue de nosotros y se defendieron a quĂ© nunca dijeron que lo enviaran blanco, nos quisieron checar las cĂĄmaras para que vieran que fue su error . Giovanni is knowledgeable about the industry, ensuring competitive prices for quality products & also knows how to have a grand time while doing it! My son and daughter in law bought a bed and a couch from them because they young Marcus the manager and Moe the Sales person scammed them they sent the wrong couch without legs they pay 1200 dollars for a bed mattress and sectional so once all the back and forward was over they told them the couch was only 399 so that means the bed and mattress was 801 then the invoice they gave them is not detailed so they can just throw prices out there to not give them the money for the wrong couch no legs and missing pillows I will help them get to the bottom of it but stay away from this furniture store then I asked about the owner cause dealing with Marcus and Moe is probably the reason Furniture World is going out of business I'm gone use this email but Marcus or Moe is probably who is answering the emails they called and asked use to take it down they will work it out now they saying they can’t do nothing because of the bad review they are scammers once they got them back up to the store they said he was gone get them right tried to give them 399 and put them out the store and now he saying the Boss is the reason he can make things right they are so...

If I could give a negative star I would. Stay away from Kevin and Christina. They are scammers. I bought furniture from them and they negotiated a price. She gave me a paper to scan and send money for the purchase and delivery (not knowing that they were scamming me because they worked there) I sent it and yes I got the furniture however after 4 weeks the sectional is sinking in and I am getting stuck by feathers. I called Kevin and Christina with no response so I took it upon myself to drive back down there today and wouldn’t you know it..they left and started their own business. They didn’t put my purchase in the system and they kept the money. Now because of this no one is trying to correct WHAT THEIR EMPLOYEES DID. I understand they don’t work there but something should be done as I also found out that I am not the only person that they did this too and as it looks I have to e stuck with this problem.
