UPDATE: Yeah, this is the worst TB I've been to. Driving a little farther to another location is absolutely worth it.
I ordered ahead on the mobile app. Two Cheesy Gordita Crunch and one Cantina Power Bowl. I got in the drive-thru and told them I had a mobile order, she acknowledged and I moved up. I was the only car at the location. I waited at the window. I waited, and I waited. Cars piled up behind me, finally a bag is handed to me. It's the wrong order, maybe 10 items. I hand it back. They ask me to pull up to a parking spot and they'll bring it out to me. I wait. 5 minutes go by, all the cars in the line are gone. I head inside. Another couple of minutes later a guy brings me my food. It's wrong, beef instead of chicken. At this point I've waited 20+ minutes and car after car has been serviced. I tell them its wrong. I wait again. I finally get my food. As I leave, a poor man waited at the counter for the tacos they forgot to give him in the drive-thru. He may still be there.
It's been a disappointment so far. Having a TB so close was an exciting prospect, but the service is slow every time, regardless of whether we're the only car or not, and the food has come out with varying quality. The Nacho Fries especially have been barely edible. They seem to have been left out for awhile, and maybe cooked in old oil? Theres an odd taste paired with the soggy, floppy, bland potato. Read moreI went there this morning at around 10:30am. The manager "or what would fail to be one for me" was working the window and drive through. My family wanted to try the new breakfast Burritos. I asked for his opinion for the best choice but he was undecided. Hmmm, all good and well so far. After a second he told me the steak is is favorite "But it's very expensive he said". I chose the sausage. I pulled to the window and asked if it was made fresh and he said "no it was made hours ago and they don't make them fresh" I was shocked. I replied "how long does it take to make products that are already precooked?" He said some ridiculous amount of time. I could tell he was losing it. I was still very composed and calm and I remained that way the entire time. I then questioned him on the time it takes to cook the hash browns in the item and he lost his temper . Stuck his head out the window and said "I'm on camera I'm not serving you!!!" I asked him to please repeat and reminded him he is an camera. He said "I don't care!!I'm not SERVING HIM!!!!!" I ask you to take appropriate action against this "Manager". I see your ratings and they are horrible!! You just opened!! You should be on your A game and you are far from it!!! Read moreMy experience is based on several visits at this particular location. The first visit on the opening month was not very pleasant, however, since the last four months to present time, I noticed the increased and positive level of Customer Service, excellent facility cleanliness, and the food at the correct temperature and cooking expectation.
I experienced great ambient, and while on a busy moment, and awaiting in line to order my food, I was well greeted by the one the staff, which later I realized it was Mr. Omar the General Manager for this facility, I remembered seeing him on previous occasions, I was actually impressed the work performance of this person, as well as his staff, which were operating the business to the utmost, showing a great displayed of Customer Service, and providing the food orders in a timely manner, followed by Safety and Hygiene protocols.
In summary, this Taco Bell highly stands up apart from others, the overall business is excellent, I cannot stress enough the cleanliness of that location, the great food, and the High Level of Food-Handling Procedures, it clearly shows impressive “Quality Management”
