I was there again today, 12-8-19. Come to this location often. Today was the third time in a row our order was incorrect. Usually, they try to make things right. However, today the only nice person there was Alexis Cisneros (spell check). Very nice young man on the phone. I go back to get missing food and Jasmine, who is supposed to be in an managerial position, is at the counter and when I come up and say I spoke to Alexis and am back she immediately said, "Oh your the lady with the wrong order." The way she said it didn't sit well but I replied,"Yes." ( Please keep in mind I told Alexis this was the third time in a row our order was wrong and that I was hung up on 3 times before I got to speak to him. I have proof on my phone) Anyhow, I was there waiting quite a while when Jasmine came with the missing item. I said a jalapeno sauce was missing so could I get a couple. She said I had to pay for another. Although my order was not complete. She said I had to pay for an extra one. I simply said,"Really?! After me having to come back?" She said ,"Yes!" I actually replied, Just put one in please so I can go." She said I was not nice. I did not yell, say bad things, anything out of the way. And she never came back to the counter. I had to get someone else to get Alexis, whom I had spoke to. He made everyting ok. Jasmine is supposed to be in a smaller management position. This is a problem. She is definitely not manager material. She is not even check out at the front material. There are plenty of people that need a job. They sure wouldn't make those comments or leaving someone standing there. If anything, I the consumer that buys the product and helps to pay your wage, you should at least show responsibility for yourself and the company you work for. She did neither! She needs demoted and trained properly. However, thanks again to Alexis! He was honest, and reflected true sympathy for their part and had to finish completing my 2nd appearance. (My Fiance came in it had taken so long before Alexis took over. ) A person like Jasmine brings bad reviews! So to Taco Bell, please train them correctly or don't hire them. I had to go back on another time of mine to fix a screw up on an employees part. I should never be belittled and embarrassed that way. Look at y'alls tapes. They don't lie! Bad on Jasmine....
   Read moreI ordered online about 10 minutes before I went inside to pick up & still had to wait about 15/20 minutes before receiving my order. I ordered the $7 box which I didnt receive my chips or the taco. I wanted to cancel as soon as I walked in because this place was FILTHYYYY!!! Like come on now do we not care about keeping the place clean? There was trash everywhere and the floors were sticky. As soon as I walked in, the first table to the left there was a bunch of bags and suitcases that I believe may have belonged to a homeless person because there was such bad stench. I walked over to the other side by the drink fountain and you could still smell that bad stench. The staff isnt the type of staff id want to represent my company. The girls seem to just be there but not really there. It took about 10 minutes of me being there for them to ask to take my order after the girl looked at me a few times but didnt say anything. Remind you there was only 1 person in line. The restrooms were disgustingly filthy. I walked in and once I seen the filth i washed my hands and walked right back out. Now I usually take pictures, but my phone went dead so I didnât get a chance to. Once I received my order, I just took the bag and left. I didnât bother checking because it was so filthy and stunk so bad. I wish I would have because I was missing half of my order if I wanted to order two burritos, I wouldâve just done that. Also, the food that I did get was so cold. The Chalupa was so hard. I took one bite and didnât want anymore because itâs just was not satisfying at all. I actually got disgusted afterwards and didnât even eat anything . I will never step foot in this door again. This place needs some major cleaning. There is no way you guys can run a business and such filth. When my husband went to the menâs restroom, there was a homeless guy in there showering in the sink.. I understand that there are less fortunate people, but there should also be some type of Rules or regulations because this place is just unacceptable and as soon as I get a chance, Iâm also going to report this...

I have never seen a place so consistently incompetent. It's almost impressive how they manage to mess up every order, no matter how simple it is. A single item? Nope, they'll forget it. A full meal? Good luck getting all of it. It's like a game to themâhow badly can they screw up today?
The drive-through is especially awful. Youâd think putting food in a bag wouldnât be rocket science, but apparently, it's an insurmountable challenge for this crew. It doesnât matter if you check your order before leaving because something will always be missing, and by the time you realize it, youâre already too far away to deal with the headache of going back.
The employee turnover here is unreal, which makes sense considering they clearly donât train anyone properly. Every visit is like playing fast-food rouletteâwhoâs working today, and will they have even the faintest idea what theyâre doing? (Spoiler: they wonât.) Itâs a never-ending cycle of underqualified, untrained workers who are just there to collect a paycheck while giving the bare minimum effort.
At this point, I have no idea how this place is still in business. Maybe management just enjoys watching customers leave frustrated. Or maybe theyâre running some kind of social experiment to see how much incompetence people are willing to tolerate before they snap.
