Jack in the Box — Restaurant in Texas

I went on a Thursday around 12:30am and Anna was working the window and she took my order also. She was a bit rude. Then I received my order which included 4 well done tacos. Before leaving the parking lot I checked to see if everything was in my bag. Then I proceeded home. When I got home and reached in to give my 10 year old her tacos they where absolutely DISGUSTING. They felt like very smushy and dripped with grease. Not well done at all. They seemed like that were old soggy tacos that had been sitting under their warmer for an hour. I refused to give those to my child. I called JITB spoke to manager David he apologized over and over again and let me know the lady on the fryer was new and he would speak to her. I let him know I lived at 15 minutes out and I wasn't going bk tonight. He then he offered to give me a full refund on my entire order. He stated he would tape up the receipt up where the am manager would see it and let her know to give me a refund. I said ok I will be there tomorrow. I show up the next day and manager ELVIRA was very rude she looked at my pictures and then went and grab the receipt left by David and stated she would not give me the full refund and that it was to much money to refund for giving me bad tacos. I was so upset b/c this is my second time coming up here wasting my gas and time. And she just wanted to give me $2 refund smh. I let her know what David said she said well I can't do that and after me getting even more upset I started to make a stink about it b/c how are y'all going to offer me to make things right one way and not honor it and then waste my time & gas for $2. I wouldn't have drive up there again for no darn $2. She then slapped $5 on the counter and said that's all I can do. I felt so lied and disrespected. I will never do business with this fast food again. I moved in to a recently new built community and trust me I will get word around how awful i was treated. Also if you eat here please not only check that all your food is in your bag, but also check the quality...

This Jack in the box is horrible.... I will no longer eat at this location. First off the lady who took my order had the worst Customer Service . She was inpatient and had a very Rude Attitude. She Minas well not take the food Orders, if she's not going to listen anyways. When I got to the Drive thru window she was making me wait for her to finish her story to her Co Worker while the window was open. For wich I had to listen to her complain about Jack in the box customers. Out of all things why would you complain about Customers in front of a customer....? So.... back to my Jack in box experience.... This Employee who took my order charged me for an Extra Burger wich I could tell the total was wrong, because it was an extra six dollars. So it was noticeable. As I'm telling her about the mistake she's Rolling her eyes and sighing at me wile talking to me with an attitude. When clearly she made a mistake and should be apologizing, and fixing the mistake. Finley after getting my money back and my food wich took a very long time to wait for. The food was gross wich I usually like from other locations. Oh and to prove that they gave me nasty food... I posted some pictures of it. I have had a bad experience at this location before, but this takes the cake I will no longer eat here, and I strongly suggest no one...

Not sure if my first review was posted, so I'm going to to post this again. I entered the Jack in the Box adjacent to Washington Street in Kaufman, Texas today at approximately 1:05 pm. I ordered a Jumbo Jack with cheese burger, fries, and a large drink. The burger was much smaller in size than I am use to getting, it tasted bland and dry as if it had been re-heated! The French fries were hot and steaming but were a tad bit on the raw side, uncomfortable to eat. I came in to this place with a ravenous appetite but had to toss the fries in the trash can. I DONT DO THAT! I also discovered a napkin dispenser that had a foreign substance on its top surface, a reddish brown hardened mass! On the far side of the counter top I was eating on I noticed several damages to the wall! The staff that met me at the counter was pleasant; however, he was speaking in a foreign language to his co-workers which doesn't lend to a welcoming experience for me. I also noticed the cooking area was asplat with airborne grease/oil in the air! It can't be healthy to work in this environment. A bad place to eat, mediocre food at best.
