Let me start by saying that I didnt get out of my house to get something to eat. I was at work and was trying to pick something up. The male manager working on Saturday April 4th at 4pm is so rude and doesn't no anything about customer service. I showed up in an ambulance. We parked in one of the slots that says pick up and call in. All the parking spaces were empty. My co-worker calls and is told to order at the drive thru. My co-worker tells him that the ambulance doesnt fit under the drive thru canopy. He told him to park on the other side of the building because these parking spaces are for food delivery services. I thought the order was going to be taken over the phone right then and there, but no. So we go around the building and the manager is standing outside with another employee and the manager is pointing and telling us where to park. We park and thought someone was going to come take our order. Instead the manager comes and tells us that we have to get down and go order at the drive thru window. However, was truly disappointed with their drinks.. my family relatives who were just coming from the funeral place across the street only to order and find out they were out of sweet tea and after checking with someone else, the said DQ employee said, "I'm sorry but were not gonna make any more today" when I asked him what time they closed and what time it was, there was a bit more than 2 hrs til closing. Disappointed, we move on to the soft drink dispenser only to find out that there too they did not have a number of drink flavors. The area by the drinks was also very dirty and messy with dried out tea that had spilled and someone may have tried to soak up the spill.The tables also could have used a slight cleaning. wouldn't hurt to assign people to area's such as the register, the handing out of food/condiments instead of people just being all over the place. Read moreI asked for 2 medium chocolate extreme blizzards, which are supposed to be chocolate icecream with brownies plus chocolate chips..... on one of them the icecream was white, so I gave it back and told her that that was not chocolate extreme, to which she responded "well they did not mix it well."... n said they could not take it back... but at the end they took it back not too happy and added the chocolate syrup...well, as we ate them, we only got very little brownies and hardly any chocolate chips...to top it off, they were 3/4 full only.... I also ordered a turtle pecan which also only had a few pieces of pecans n hardly any chocolate, not to mention the amount of caramel, which were all only on the top half of the blizzard...and also 3/4 full... we asked for napkins, and again handed them to us in a bad mood.... I love blizzards, but I am never coming to this Dairy Queen again.... I have never been so dissatisfied with...
