That One Bar — Restaurant in Texas

So basically, I’ll never go again, and here’s why. A friend invited me and I arrived first. It was my first time so the expectation was high for a new location that my girls and I could frequent. Sara made great drinks but left not long after I got here. She closed the tab and in walked Jamie. They must have had a side conversation because Jamie did not come to check on us until after Sara left. My friend couldn’t even finish her smoke from being disgusted with such terrible service. We both work in customer service and know very well how to treat people in general. Had she spoken or even waved, we would have continued ordering drinks. The bar was not full and all employees were gathered on one side of the bar, congregating and only serving one side. It wasn’t until Jamie lit her cigarette, and went to the restroom, that we asked one of the guys who was the actual server. He told us that it was Jamie, and David was the cook, and then walked away. Fun little neighborhood hole in the wall that is clean, modern, and has all of the conveniences that you would expect from an upscale bar, but with dive bar prices. I don’t drink but I was with friends who do who said that the drinks were very Hooked up and made right. I did not have any food while I was here but it smelled delicious if that counts. There was karaoke and I actually didn’t want to hammer nails into my ears while listening lol seriously I hate karaoke.
