Timmy Chan's — Restaurant in Texas

I use to live in Houston and I moved 4 hours away and every time I come to H-town I have to visit Timmy chan’s. This time on 3/29/24 at 9 pm there was a black chick and the little short Chinese chick working. I usually check my food before I leave I spent $74.37 . I had burnt Rangoons no filling on the inside. The general Joe was awful it was soggy not like I remember at all I would have done better going to Walmart getting the one out of the freezer section, the shrimp fried rice had some hard pieces in it and it was super salty after I put the soy sauce on it, that has never happened, the chicken lo mein tasted like it was made with spaghetti noodles no flavor. I also had the 10 piece chicken my family said that was the ONLY thing that tasted halfway like it was suppose to just because it was chicken. It really matters the time of day you go at this location on gears rd period. Because I have been during the early hours and it was awesome I will NEVER go again at night and I would advise you too don’t go either. If I could have given no stars that’s what it would have been. I been going here for the last three weeks ordering the same thing. The black guy knows me but the younger girls are rude and to busy playing on their phone. I placed my normal order and I'm deathly allergic to shrimp I placed my order through drive thru and I asked was it right got home and my order was full of shrimp. I called the store was told to bring it back so I did. When I got my second order it was so salty that I couldn't even eat it I fear not to return back to this place because they can't follow simple instructions and I should have gotten what I asked and paid for. And what I wasted in gas was more than the meal it self. I been going to Timmy Chans all over the City and this is the last time that I'll go again because they put my life in danger. Myself and my sister explained that shrimp will kill me and when they gave me my order I asked if this was right because I didn't want to die tonight. DO NOT GO TO THIS Timmy’s!!! It is a disgrace to all Timmy Chans in Houston!! The rice was hard not once but twice when I went! The gravy did not taste right at all!! I have been going to Timmy’s since I was a young child. Whoever they have in the kitchen needs to be fired for sure!! Send the cook to the Timmy’s on Lockwood and Kelly or even the one in Southpark so they can show these people how to make Fried rice!!! This Timmy’s was so disappointing!!! They will keep losing business if they keep making hard fried rice the manager told me he did not put enough water in it but who does not know how to cook rice? This Timmy’s is giving a bad name to the brand of Timmy Chans taste the wing and rice from the Timmy’s on Lockwood and then come taste this Timmy’s wings and rice and you tell me if im lying!
