PIZZA: OMGness.. I donāt even know what to talk about! The wings or pizza LOL. Tony KNOWS what heās doing! Reminds me of my childhood in the northeast! The taste is identical to the NY style but on top of that, he has such an amazing seasoning! You walk into this place and the SMELL OF FRESh SEASONING greets you! Itās amazing, like yāall should just go to smell it all LOL. They have different deals going on and honestly, the best deal you can do to try them out, is getting the buffet deal! Cicis has NOTHING ON THEM. You get everything thatās on display... and NO they donāt lower the types of pizzas or cheaper ones. They got the pricy ones there too lol calzones etc itās ALL THERE lol. Like if yiu walk out of there NOT satisfied for the pizza.. then Iām not saying YIUR taste buds suck, but maybe NY style isnāt YIUR style (many styles of pizza-NY being best ;) lol). They seasoning their dough.. that says a lot bc almost every location around here and fast food chain locations DONT DO THAT. Tony has seasoning on everything! Iām surprised they donāt have their own seasoning jars on display to sell them LOL. ON TOP OF THAT, ITS GREAT PRICE!!!!!
WINGS: .... now the WINGS!!!!!!! You want to know the SECRET about wings??? READY.... HERE IT IS..... most places drench their wings with a sauce/dry rub you chose. TONYs, the chicken is seasoned!!!!!! And then, you still choose what you want on top of that!!!! I donāt need any sauce or rub bc the wings are amazing without it all!!! Itās already great taste!!!! Tell me what Wing joint around here, their chicken taste great WITHOUT any sauce or rub!!??? .... your not gona find one, bc I have gone to all of them and they donāt do that!!
SERVICE: On top of all this.. they treat you like fam, and I love it, they do their best to remember you and actually have convos with you and when yiu go back, itās like you never left and you pick up where you left off lol. They arenāt rushing you even though thereās a line behind yiu. Theyāll take orders left and right when itās super busy but they give you the attention you need and deserve. If your new, theyāll explain the tastes etc. You can literally tell Tony what your craving in tastes and HE WILL DELIVER! They have yet to fail me, and the day it comes, Iāll still continue going bc itās been too many times they have done good to me! Itās a great place honestly,...

For this place, it is Tony and his family. Tony approaches everything he does with passion and the kind of steadfast, hard-working principle that is inspiring to even be around.
The pizza itself is great - a wonderfully thin, non-greasy, just-a-little-doughy just-a-little-crunchy New York crust that can fold nicely and hold together. The sauce is tasteful and not overdone unlike many places which try to mask bland ingredients with a bath of salty and acidic tomato paste. For Tony's pizza, the sauce serves as a dutiful - but reserved - partner to the cheese which is a real winner: fresh-grated real mozzarella. Not pre-shredded, not "mozzarella-flavored cheese-food" - real. The resulting flavor, even on a simple slice of plain cheese, is nothing short of deliciously addictive.
If you feel fancy, there is a variety of specialty pizzas - the topping list of which is similar to many other places - all of which showcase very fresh ingredients. Fresh vegetables and meats (philly cheese pizza is a heavy meal, but crazy good with fresh sliced beef that conveys a wonderfully rich flavor).
And if you aren't sure what you might like, stop in during 11am-2pm for the buffet and sample to find what you like the best. My recommendation? Try everything at least once - you might be surprised at what you enjoy when you taste toppings that are fresh and minimally-processed.
TL;DR: family owned business with character, good people, good food - worth repeat business....

I met Tony as soon as he opened this location in 2010 and itās been my personal preferred place for pizza since. Heās been in the pizza business for almost 30 yrs starting out in NY, where he learned the trade. This man and his family DO NOT play when it comes to freshness and quality. How many pizza places have you been to that prep their dough with bottled water to counter Houstonās hard water? Trust me, you WILL taste the difference in the dough! Rather than buying that vacuum packed mozzarella cheese that dries out once opened that most pizza places buy from their wholesale distributor, Tony buys quality cheese and shreds only what he is going to use for the day. The tomato sauce is also not off the can, itās house prepped, and these elements DO make a difference. So what else is NY about this place? Pizza by the slice!!! Yes, you can come in and get a cheese slice, a pepperoni slice, a buffalo chicken, slice, etc. Thereās also a lunch buffet during the week. Now I donāt work for Tony and his wife, or get free Pizza for posting reviews, but I think they deserve all the praise their hard work deserves. Iām not delusional , thereās usually one or two New Yorkers coming by during lunch that drop by to get a slice to go, so we canāt all be wrong...
