I vist this location about once every 2 weeks for preface..
This TSC has the slowest service I've ever experienced. I have experienced multiple visits where this has proven to be true. But that's not why I came to leave a review.
Yesterday, I placed an online order and came in to pick up. The app had a glitch and wouldn't let me remove a smoothie from the cart and I got stuck/ charged with an extra smoothie I didn't want. I used the restroom before I grabbed my items..it was filthy. The walls were disgusting. Covered in muddy water. The floors were grimey. The toilet seat was up and gross.. I'm not sure what is happening in there. It looks like no one has cleaned it in 3 weeks. I can't believe the people making my food are sanitizing their hands š³ in those conditions.
Today I called to speak with a manager to figure out how to be refunded for the extra smoothie. I was told to contact the app? That they just make the food. I also told him about the restroom situation. He was immediately defensive asked if I was an inspector and told me it was a public restroom. I told him that's not an excuse. His staff uses this restroom and makes food for the public. (Bucees is a public restroom and you could eat off the floors in them.) I didnt even want to touch anything in there. I then told him I would be forced to leave a review if he was going to invalidate my complaint. He also said if I dont like it, I can just not come there. (Which I will never go there again until it's under new management) He asked for my name and number so he could leave me a review for "my attitude". And then asked me if I review Walmarts restrooms. I told him I don't shop at Walmart and they dont make my food..he said ok then Target? I then told him that this complaint was not an argument or for him to invalidate me. He finally said ok have a good day and hung up.
I hardly ever complain or leave negative reviews. I know by the low star rating on this business that I am not overreacting. Or being a "Karen". I love TSC back home where I live and I know what the service and standard should look like. I go to TSC at least 1-2 times a week at home.. anyways hopefully the right...

Had gone to pick up my online order from Jersey Mikeās (right beside them), but walked into their store by mistake because the stores are very close together. While I was trying to figure out why they didnāt have my order and if I was at the right location the staff simply walked away and left me there. Eventually, the guy walked back and asked how I ordered and I responded, ā online at jersey Mikeāsā siteā, and he looks at me disgustedly saying, āthis is not Jersey Mikesā as other customers watched. Needless to say, I was thoroughly embarrassed. I offered my apologies and left the store. As I walked away, I couldnāt help but wonder what a missed opportunity to be kind and make a new customer, this was. You could have politely directed me to where I was trying to go, especially since it was clear I didnāt know my way, and the store in question was right beside you. I never knew there was such a smoothie store so close to my home and this was a missed opportunity to make a new customer. Needless to say, Iāll never make the same mistake again or return here. You are a small business - attitude and customer service...

No one greets you when you walk in and the owner is flat out rude but expects someone to spend their money at this location. The owner did not have comprehension skills to process what I was saying . He said I am the owner sir thatās besides the point . If you complete a survey you can get a smoothie for $1.99 . I even provided the code from and receipt . I tried explaining this to him he didnāt understand instead he got rude saying he makes 1,000ās of smoothies per day and he never heard of that. He also said he can refuse my service. Sir I will never spend my money at a location where the owner is rude and have no management skills . Again please do not visit this location . Itās a location thatās by Katy freeway thatās actually worth going to and have a drive thru and I will continue to visit that location. Please look at this review and the previous reviews and do not waste your time or money visiting this...
