Extremely below service expectations. I normally do not eat at this restaurant but I was impressed with their food but their service is beyond terrible. The Drive through was not moving and I decided to go inside with my family. We waited for about 10 minutes with no single person speaking to us at the ordering area. I noticed that people before me were leaving without ordering. One lady was waiting for her refund because she was tired of waiting for her food. Another lady from drive-through was upset because her order was not complete and she wanted her food or her money back. After about 15 minutes way, I decided to speak up. I asked who the Manager was? Three employees looked at me and ignored me. I nicely asked again who the manager was? One lady said "I am" and walked away into the office. After additional two minutes of waiting, the Lady Manager came out of the office with a gentleman who was later also identified as a manager. I asked both of them if they knew the restaurant was loosing money by people walking away upset. One agreed and the other ignored to respond. I told them how long I have been waiting there only because my teenager insisted on eating at Popeyes today. With no apologies or acknowledgement of our concern or pain, about 6 other customers behind me voiced their concerns as well. With no word said to anyone, one staff took my order. I asked for the telephone number of who to complain to. The lady said that is in the receipt. I asked again for the corporate office number? The Male manager ignored me and the female manager after in out of the office after I already got my food and stood there waiting for the receipt came out of the office and told me the number is on the outside door. People say I am a nice person and it takes awhile to get me upset but my experience at this restaurant was highly disappointing and on a level of 1-10, I will rate Popeyes at this location level 1 for a start. Read moreWhat a terrible experience. My husband and I went threw the drive through tonight and placed an order. We ordered a spicy chicken sandwich w/ fries, 12 nuggets w/ red beans and rice and a coleslaw. The order seems simple enough. We pulled up to pay and the young guy working the window took payment and then kindly asked if we would pull around to the front and park. He said it would be 3-5 minutes for fries. We pulled around and wait. I watch several cars go buy and looked at the clock. I think about 12 minutes had passed. I decided to walk inside to check on the order. The guy who took our order was on his phone and other employees were talking. I asked them about our food and they all look puzzled. They were all talking to each other looking at the screen. It seemed as though they forgot our order. I watched a guy grab a sandwich that had been sitting under the heat lamp. He handed it a young grill. The girl replied " Oh he wanted extra pickles. This is what I'm gonna do." She proceeds to make a joke out of it and pile pickles on it. One of the other guys told her " not so many slices" she said " what are they going to do sue me for too many pickles. " They finally finish our order. The guy who gave it too me was nice and asked if he could do anything to compensate me for waiting. At this point I was already frustrated and just wanted my food. Read moreThis the absolute worst location in the history of Popeyes. Food is always over cooked or they dont place the items in your bag and they dont give you a receipt.
I came back with the card ten minutes later and asked the manager Freddie to look up the receipt. He went to the register for about 10 minutes and then came back and asked me for an amount because he cant see card numbers just authorization numbers.
I asked him to just refund it in cash or do a manual transaction and then I will leave his restaurant. Instead he stands in front of me repeating that I have to get on my banks website to prove the amount. I finally decided to start video taping on my phone so that I could share this interaction with his corp office.
He promptly left and went to the office while I typed this when message. I was not the only customer upset about not getting food.
We will be forced to go to the other locations next because of the terrible quality of food and lack of customer experience.
I wish I could give negative stars based on almost every experience I have had at this location.
